Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

The staff was amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and really cared.
The doctors were great. They listened to issues and took the time needed to make us feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I highly recommend Care One .

Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour and a half and watched people who came in after me leave before I was even taken into the back.

Then, they took my temperature and left me in the check-up room for FORTY minutes without once checking on me or letting me know what was taking so long.
I listened as the doctors helped patients that came in after me and finished with them and sent them home without ever talking to me.

They literally just forgot I existed and didn’t come to help me until I walked out of my room and asked to see a doctor myself.
They prioritized other patients that came in after me and then pretended that’s not what happened.

It should not take two and a half hours to take someone’s temperature, feel their throat, and give them a flu prescription.
The actual time spent helping me was probably less than 15 minutes, yet it took them over two and a half hours.

THEN, I wanted to change the location my prescription was being sent to, because the pharmacy I selected originally had closed… because they took so long.
And I was told it would take a long time to change the location, and I said that’s fine I will wait. When I said I’d be willing to wait, the woman I was talking to snapped at me and said it’ll probably be tomorrow.
She would rather send a patient home without medication that they need than actually do her job and help patients.
And get this, I asked the receptionist to send it to a different pharmacy, and she fixed it within TWO MINUTES.
Even as the receptionist was helping me, that other woman was telling her not to and trying to prevent me from getting my prescription.
So no, it wasn’t going to take a long time and it wasn’t an issue to change. That woman just wanted me to leave and go home miserable because I didn’t have my medication, despite how easy it was to fix.
Working at a medical facility and having such a bad attitude and actively trying not to help patients is atrocious.

This is genuinely appalling. At every stage in the process, there is so much disregard for the well-being of the patients and so much disorganization.
Forgetting about a patient completely, ignoring them while you help others who came in after them, pretending like that’s not what happened, taking so long that the pharmacy I selected closed, and then trying to prevent me from going to a different pharmacy by LYING to me about how long it would take to change.

Honestly, if I were a manager of a medical facility and I employed people who treated patients like this, I would be ashamed of myself.
Hiring and supporting staff who not only disregard the needs of patients, but actively work against their needs is just unbelievable.

Dr. Edward Smith was so quick, attentive & kind. The young lady at front desk and the nurse who took me back before I seen Dr. Smith were also very patient and kind. Best experience I’ve had at a medical facility in a hot minute. Lovely place & even more lovely people. 10/10 recommend. 😇

Appointment at 6pm waited 2 hours asked if id be seen soon was told there was 12 people ahead of me. They were taking walkins ahead of me. I suggest not going here and using teledoc instead. This place was a huge waste of time.

Why have the ability to sign up for an appointment when you get there 10 minutes ahead of time, still going to have to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes, then another 20 in a smaller waiting room while other people who come in go in ahead of you? And the website says you can be seen within 30 minutes? If there wasn’t a spot at the time I scheduled why did it have the time available?

From the other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Said I was first in the queue. Unprofessional.

I didn’t experience any rudeness from the front staff like other reviews say. Everyone was actually really nice. But they accidentally called two people before me because they misplaced my chart. When I said something they were nice about it but didn’t move me up. Just be prepared to carve out at least 2.5 hours for an appointment even if you book it online.

Efficient service I brought my daughter there, the staff was friendly, nurse practitioner who treated her was very thorough and explained everything so even she (my daughter) could understand we were in and out within an hour no problems at all we went as a walk-in.
