A wonderful thank you to Care Dimensions and it's fabulous staff of Paula, Josh, Jonathan, Charlene and Theresa who were instrumental in my recovery! In February, I was taken by ambulance to Desert Regional Medical Center after 3 falls, extreme sacroiliac pain, and great blood loss where I remained for 4 days. When I returned home, I was only able to take 1 step from my bed, had a portable toilet next to it and was terrified of how I could get care as I could not drive. My great Dr. Marupuru referred Care Dimensions to me and Nurse Theresa came to evaluate and immediately I had 2 visits weekly by Nurse Paula and then physical therapy by Jonathan and Josh, and evaluations by Nurse Charlene. Within 3 months, I had no further back pain and able to walk a mile in my neighborhood.

My Care Dimensions team took my vitals, gave me great knowledgeable care, answered all of my questions (which were many), and not only worked on my back pain but also balance and strength. I highly recommend Care Dimensions and Nurse Paula, and Physical Therapists Josh and Jonathan. Thank you for giving my health back to me!
