I am a new patient just moved here from Clearwater FL. This group was recommended to me and my wife by our new GP. Both of us have seen Dr Urban and Dr. Diane MacDonald Nurse Practitioner for the first time. The facility is very clean and modern. Both Dr. Urban and Dr. Diane MacDonald were very knowledgeable, listened, and seem very caring. We were pleased with the appointments, and had some follow up to complete. CVI just rolled out a new patient portal that requires an invite never received. When you call in to the front desk you are transferred to another department get voice mail and never receive follow up calls. Cannot setup tests ordered by the doctors because of lack of follow up from the office. Communication with this office is impossible! Very frustrated!

I am a patient of doctor Roa’s.. She has Great office staff and she’s a very compassionate doctor. Everyone’s very friendly and the office is very clean and modern. Would recommend it! It has a very friendly atmosphere! It’s like you’re there to visit friends.

The nurse who did my vitals was very polite, efficient. Dr.Roa was on time little or no waiting after being called in. She took her time asked questions. Everything went very well. Checkout was fast and my follow up appointments were made at my convenience. Thanks everyone.

Very organized & pleasant staff. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable about his diagnosis every time. He is accepting of anything I feel about what I think I need and always has a solution. I love this place!

He was very approachable. He covered all the information needed for my battery being replaced. He told me about a recall and gave me a choice of what device I wanted to use. He answered all my questions. He was very nice and kind. I felt very confident in his abilities.

Melissa is very kind and capable. She went over all my test results and asked if there was anything further she could do. She gave me the option to also see Dr
Mikkillinenii but I said I was satisfied with her explanation of the tests and had no further questions.
