I visited the clinic on Wednesday and had an excellent experience thanks to Liz, the medical assistant. I had a lot of questions about how to schedule and get empaneled with a Primary Care provider, and she walked me through everything with such patience and clarity. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was asking too much—she really took her time to make sure I understood the process.

What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and supported. Thanks to Liz, what initially felt like a confusing and overwhelming process became super manageable.

I’m very grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this clinic to others—especially because of the amazing support I received from Liz!

I can't say enough good things about Carbon Health in Santa Clara! My wife, two daughters, and I all come here for our urgent care needs, and they always provide top-notch service. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Every visit, we're in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and the care we receive is outstanding. It's rare to find a medical facility that consistently delivers both speed and quality care, but Carbon Health does it effortlessly. I went to Carbon Health Santa Clara for Abscess Removal. I was so happy to find an appointment easily. There are so many slots available and it was so convenient. They were very punctual. The staff was so friendly. I was in a lot of pain and the two assistants took care of me like their own. The doctor was very experienced and did a great job. I went for a follow up and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Fast and easy scheduling for same day appt within the hour AND on a Sunday. Conveniently located and easy to find with no wait. front desk staff was courteous and attending medical team were professional and demonstrated a well coordinated process.. Armed with knowledge and a genuine interest to delve further into advanced fact finding information, within a short period of time, a prognosis was reached. Later in the week, I had additional questions and was connected, without hesitation, to my care provider who quickly provided answers. I truly appreciated this, as opposed to mainstream frustration of red tape closed door to whoever you initially met with. (Bonus: Location - close proximity to Whole Foods!)

Highly recommend making an appointment here otherwise you can easily wait for an hour, if not more.

Once I was seen, the testing virtually took 10 minutes. Super fast process and quick turn around but I had issues with multiple locations before I was able to complete the test.

These are some notes I would keep in mind before scheduling with any Carbon Health locations:
#1. You need to call your specific location and ask if they can still perform the test that day. Certain locations complete enough tests to be at “max capacity” and cannot perform the test. This means you’ll need to come back another day, or simply go to another location.

#2. Do not rely on a carbon health location to schedule an appointment at another location. When I arrived at the first location and was unable to complete the test due to “max capacity”, they were able to schedule at another location for the following day. I confirmed with her and asked if she knew 100% that this location (also closer to my house) could complete the test and she said yes. Of course, that wasn’t the case and I found out the next day 30 minutes beforehand that the second location couldn’t complete the test because they were not “certified” for that test. So now I’ve been jerked around twice within 24hrs.

The rep from the second location told me about 2 other places that could perform the test and verified that they were certified. So I packed up and went to location #3.

Again, I did not have a scheduled appointment because I had to change the location last minute. Once there, I had to wait an hour and 10 min while I watched around 7-8 people check in after me and get taken back. Was pretty annoying to say the least and quite frankly, their system isn’t well integrated with their other locations to ensure customers don’t get their time wasted.

The nurses and doctors at Carbon Health are always very kind and take my health concerns seriously. They are always prompt in addressing concerns and follow up to ensure treatment is working as planned. I always feel like I'm in good hands!
