They rescheduled my appointment 20 minutes beforehand to come back the next day. The next day they had me sit in exam room for an hour waiting to come back and say they didn’t have the test I was scheduled for and I’d need to take a different version of it, but assured me the results were going to be just as quick. Results took twice as long to come as they said it would and could never provide any kind of update when I called asking about timeline.

I waited for two hours to get a simple 5 minute TB test done. I was told it would only be a 30 minute wait. After waiting that long, they ran out of supplies and sent me to another location, where I continued to wait another 30 minutes. I will never go here again.

Allison Wong is a garbage doctor. She doesn’t understand how to treat a sick patient. Would never go back again. Came in sick as a dog and they played games with medication. She prescribed meds that were not in stock in the whole of San Francisco and then what’s her resolution….she tells me it my problem to figure out where to get the medication. Disappointed. Waste of my hard earned money. Never again. Hey doc guess what some people are really sick!
