I came in with back pain. They were excellent. I got help immediately saw a doctor within five minutes of being there and I was out of there about 15 minutes after I walk through the door. The people were courteous and very easy to work with. I wish all my doctors visits would go that well

This was my second visit to this facility. Like the first, I was greeted promptly and kindly at check in. I was then called in (earlier than my scheduled appointment time) and was initially cared for by Jen who was very professional and friendly. I was then consulted by Leslie Cady PA who was clearly informative in an extremely pleasant and comforting manner. I will have no hesitation whatsoever to come back to Carbon Health in Corte Madera. I‘ve been here twice in the past year now and have had very different experiences each visit. My 1st appt in May was great. Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and efficient, despite being very busy. It was great, I felt cared for and knew I would return. Today I went again for a minor issue and had even made an appt. In advance. It was merely average. Everyone went through the necessary motions, but despite no one in the waiting room, I waited 30+ min to be seen. After the nurse took my vitals, I was left to wait. I even went out to check if they forgot me. Right after that the PA came in. Will I go back? Haven’t decided yet. Overall disappointing.

I had my physical done with Celine Rendle, FNP-C and it was the most comprehensive exam and work up I have ever had for an annual visit. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made me feel so comfortable through the procedures and preventive care she provided.

I have been using carbon health for 3 years, and always a good experience, this time was too. The medical assistant and Kayla were great! Carbon health is a much better alternative instead of having to wait for 2 hours in an ER to be seen by a Doctor.

I came into Carbon Health’s Urgent Care after being turned away at MarinHealth because they were full and no longer taking walk-ins at 10:30 in the morning. I turned around & headed to Corte Madera where I was taken in immediately, seen by an NP within 10 minutes, given a breathing treatment, steroids and the prescriptions I needed to treat my asthma and bronchitis all within an hour. So easy. So much relief. Everyone was so kind and proficient in their roles from front desk to med tech to NP. I’m a career nurse and I’m picky. These folks are great! 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately they told me they triple book time slots when you make an appt. So even if you have an appt, you have to wait over an hour. It would be better if they just had no appts and it's like a regular urgent care center, where you're expected to wait. The NP on staff was nice though.

In town visiting family and had a decent allergic reaction to something I was to prescribed back home. Went in to try and get something to alleviate symptoms and heal quicker.

It was average care and friendly behavior. Walk-in appt., got there around 9:20am and was called in around 10:30am. They were running behind with scheduled appts., let alone walk-in times.
Room was decently clean, walls were messy though with what could have been dried bodily fluids.
(Nit-picking a bit, but the tech put the SPO2 probe on my finger incorrectly and got an inaccurate measurement of 90% and never bothered to fix it even though the measurement was clearly wrong. Good thing my issue wasn’t respiratory.)
Couldn’t tell you who I interacted with, ‘cause no one introduced themselves. I did not leave with a simple prescription to help my condition, but instead recieved a $95 (AETNA - State of Kansas employee plan, in-network) co-pay bill. The provider literally walked in, made a comment on my condition, asked some basic questions, and promptly greeted me farewell. Waste of time and money overall.

Update: On top of the $95, which was categorized under the provider, they billed my insurance $400 for an “office visit.” I ended up paying well over $200 for literally nothing. It’s not like I stubbed my toe and asked for a provider to place a bandaid on it. I went to an appropriate level of care facility for the appropriate level of illness. I should have advocated for myself and brought up medications. It’s sad that I would have to do that.

Please, for the love of your sanity and wallet, learn from my mistake and advocate for yourself. I know prices are different in CA, but this is mind-blowingly insane for literally no care.
