I arrived on time for a 3:15 appt but had to wait nearly 90 minutes until around 4:40 for the NP to see me. I felt maybe they were understaffed but I didn’t see or hear many other patients being assisted so I’m not sure why it took so long. Maybe Carbon is allowing people to book beyond capacity since this is urgent care after all, but it would be super beneficial to at least have an estimated wait time on the app when booking or at least being told by the front desk. After the first hour of waiting in the checkup room, I had to ask the MA for an update since I wasn’t told much else other than “we’re running a little behind today”. I understand this is an urgent care so I didn’t expect to be seen right away, but 80 minutes in the uncomfortable exam chair is not an ideal way to spend the afternoon. Not really sure who is at fault but I think Carbon should improve its urgent care experience, since this has never happened to me at primary care visits.

The care was fabulous. I was seen quickly, and the NP who worked with me was kind. It was next to impossible to reach anyone at the clinic by phone, though. I tried for 2 days, and it was a time sensitive matter regarding an error with my prescription; thankfully, the pharmacist eventually dispensed it anyways. She had decided it would be more important that I got the medication than to have to keep trying to reach someone at the clinic.

Receptionist was rude but the clinicians were lovely and professional. I appreciated getting an appointment same day when Kaiser urgent care was all booked up.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to carefully evaluate my condition. What impressed me most was their thoughtful approach to treatment—they explained that prescribing antibiotics in my case wasn’t necessary, as it would be an overkill. I really appreciate doctors who prioritize the appropriate use of antibiotics, especially considering the growing issue of bacterial resistance. It’s reassuring to see a medical professional who takes these broader health concerns seriously, as overprescribing antibiotics can lead to long-term issues, even in settings like ER rooms where resistant infections could pose serious challenges.

The staff was polite, the environment was clean, and I felt well cared for. I’d highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate healthcare experience!

Very convenient, quick and easy. The front desk people lack basic customer service etiquette. Not warm at all. The assistant staff also. The doctors are very nice and I haven’t had an issue with the two I’ve encountered. Unfortunately the staff does not reflect that.

Made an appointment for my daughter and she was seen 15 min later. The staff was courteous and efficient. They met with us, took and x-ray and gave us results within 30 minutes. The NP was very knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

They sent me a text asking to review. I would have given 5 stars (since Colton is awesome!) and initially I was getting replies right away from the provider I saw. But after I got my swab results, I sent messages through the app and got generic replies back (not from the original provider I saw, but from Carby their auto reply messenger and eventually another provider I didn’t see) and then instead of answering any of my questions, which were asking “If I was on the correct antibiotic, and if I should continue taking it, and if they could now prescribe something new, since yesterday I tested positive for influenza A-could I also get Tamiflu RX’d,” I got replies saying make another apt. I shouldn’t have to make another apt when I’m still sick (10 + days now) and just wanting my questions answered! Sheesh! I should have the right to know if I’m on the right meds and if I’m still contagious etc

I did have to wait approx an hour to see the provider despite being on time for my appointment. It was very obvious the provider was overbooked by the company. However, the provider, Josh, listened to me and offered a new testing option that I haven't been offered previously for a recurring issue of over 10+ years. And, he was very friendly!
