was able to schedule my appointment online, no problem at all. Same day and lots of timeslots available. Check-in was fast. Staff was caring, considerate, and easy-going. Care was excellent and we will definitely be coming back next time and referring to friends and family

Don’t go to this place! I had an appointment for 6:15 pm for which I reached at 6:10 am. There was no one at the front desk to check me in. After about half an hour i was taken inside the room and the doctor (or the PA- don’t think there was any doctor there) came in closer to 7pm. I understand it can get busy, but then she was super rushed. I was with my child who was complaining of ear ache. She didn’t examine his ear properly because she said it had wax in it and she couldn’t do anything about it! I was the one who had to ask her to at least do a Covid or flu test. And then she told me she didn’t want to be rushed but they closed a minute ago (it was 7:01pm)! this was so upsetting. I had to wait for a long time and pay the co-pay, only to be rushed through the appointment. I left really disappointed. A useless visit to the urgent care.

Amazing customer service, one of the best I’ve ever received!! Ivy was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable. If you are someone looking for affordable and comfortable care this is the place. Seriously if you are someone who is anxious or shy this is the place for you.

Great experience. Extremely efficient. I went in for an urgent care appointment and was treated so quickly and professionally. In and out in less than 20 minutes. The NP that I saw was very quick to pick up on the problem and recommend a course of action. Well done!

Worse place ever. I made an appointment for my son who has a severe ear infection at 12:15. I arrived at 12 and there was no one at the front desk to check me in. Someone Finally came out after 10 minutes and checked me in. I waited for another 50 minutes so they could call us in. Even when there was no other people waiting to be seen, or been seen already. The nurse literally said no words and just pointed to the room we had to go in. He went in and didn't even check my sons vital signs or nothing. All he asked what was wrong with my son, so I told him and he just checked his ear and walked out. 10 minutes later the doctor comes in and first thing he asks me is what insurance I was using. (The insurance information was all logged in on line) I told him which one, and he walked out with out even saying anything. So minutes after the nurse comes in just to tell me they don't take the insurance I had. So I got really upset and told them that they should of told me before having me wait for an hour. All he did was ignore me and walked away. That was the worse experience ever. And the staff there was really unfriendly and unprofessional.

I was a walk in and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The system notified me on my phone after I was checked in. The Dr was thorough and very patient. She listened to what I had to say and she gave me some suggestions on exercises for my knee. I will definitely be back again!

I visited the Carbon Health urgent care center at Ygnacio Valley Blvd and Clayton Rd this morning, and I was very much impressed. First, the receptionist took all of my insurance information and recorded it very quickly. Then I was immediately ushered into the exam room where my medical situation was assessed. I next (immediately) saw the medical technician (Katy) who evaluated my condition and provided me with suggestions for treatment. I felt that the staff did a superb job of treating me in a timely manner and they were very professional and caring. Also, the facility itself was top-notch. I would HIGHLY recommend Carbon Health for any urgent care situations.

Second review: Went in to get tested for flu no flu tests. Wasn't even tested for covid. Was told to, "Find a medicine that works for me over the counter." Was up all night and felt worse the next day. Went to another clinic and tested positive for the flu. This practice is a joke. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Although the male doc was very friendly he didn't care to take the time to test for my elderly Mom's symptoms. No tests at all and gave her flu prescription. Two days later, she want any better. Went to another urgent care for a second option where they did test her for all viruses. Low and behold she had Covid. She would have been a lot better quicker if under adequate care. Ask for tests, better yet, the doc should administer them!
