First time here to have 9 stitches removed from a knee following a fall at my primary home in San Diego. The clinic is clean and attractive and both the medical assistant and nurse practitioner who cared for me were conversational, pleasant and very competent. I also loved the ability to book an appointment online. A delightful find on the central coast for medical needs when we are at our second home in Cambria. Highly recommend!

Every time I have come here, I have been treated nicely and almost always in a very timely manner. The staff is friendly but very professional. I like the ability to reserve a time slot for them to see me. And, have computer access to their services and my diagnosis.

Beatrice was wonderful! She greeted me with a smile, gave me clear instructions, was sympathetic and was very efficient. I haven’t even seen the Dr. but I would say I’m off to a good start.

Will never go here again. Their billing is horrible, they hit your credit card on file without notifying you for services rendered a year earlier. Make sure they don't have your credit card on file, they hit mine for $700, with no warning, no bill, nothing. For visits we had over a year ago, and I am fully covered with good insurance. They did not give me a chance to look into it and see whats up, just fully hit my card with no notice. Ridiculous, will NEVER come here again. And they never answer the phone when you call. Avoid this place!

Made an appointment the night before. They staff was professional and friendly. I was taken back within a few minutes. Dr. was in a few minutes after. Very happy with the whole experience. Would highly recommend

The staff was extremely helpful and helped ensure my appointment was on time and all my paperwork was completed. They sent in my prescription to my chosen pharmacy and had me in and out in under 45 minutes!
