I was referred to Capstone by my primary care provider, I made the appointment and told the person on the phone I wanted in person appt. Appt made. One hr before appointment I get a linked texted to me for a telehealth appt. I called the number included in the text. I explained to the person I had asked for an in person appt, she advised me the provider I scheduled with only does telehealth appts. I asked why I was not told that when I made the appt, I had requested in person and there was no mention of telehealth appt only. Not a good first impression. I will look for another provider.

After moving to AZ from Chicago, my biggest challenge was finding new doctors. Capstone was recommended from my GP after I voiced my frustration about the challenges I faced in my search for mental healthcare professionals who can make me feel comfortable and who really listened. I tried a few different medications for a couple of years from another provider that didn’t provide the long-term results I was looking for. I almost gave up until I found Capstone.

They got it right the 1st time! Sean is the best and always a pleasure to speak with. I’m very thankful for their services and the ease of telemedicine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Julie has 100% made a difference with my elderly mothers mental health. Not only is she compassionate she found the right combination of meds to make my mom's life the best it can be. Being dianosed with demensia and depression has been a challenge, Julies insight has helped tremendously.

Delphine challenged me to do several exercises that I didn’t think I could do. After accomplishing all of them I discovered 5 more I could do. Don’t get me wrong, I’m just at the beginning of each one and could literally spend the rest of my life completely doing all of them. I’m 70 years old in a few months. So 5 stars for today’s appointment.
