Really great experience. I hope that Dr. Ngyuen and the staff can stay at this location for a while. Looking forward to picking up my new lenses.

Location is clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, but also, and probably more importantly, very knowledgeable! While wait times are low, call and make an appointment to save yourself some time.

This was a great experience all around the doctors and staff are phenomenal. Great communication very personable handoff from one to the next of the patient. They accepted my insurance without a problem all in all it was a very good visit. I definitely recommend them.

Gave these guys a shot for a couple of years, but the experience has been horrible.

They did a mess with my glasses and were unwilling to help under the pretense "it's corporate policy, nothing they can do".

These "issues" were more of a pattern and happened the same for my Wife's and Kid's glasses.

Messed my appointments a few times and during the annual checkup they keep finding "new" things that need to be looked up in depth.

The attitude of the front desk is not something I want to deal with for sure.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling and the kindness and attentiveness of the exam staff, and the doctor was very thorough. I rate this two stars because we were not able to actually purchase the glasses we needed at the appointment because there was only one person in the office who could do that, and she was working with the same patient the for the entirety of the time we spent there (more than an hour to get through the exams, plus another 30 minutes waiting for her to be free). Glad we got our vision prescriptions, but inconvenient that I need to purchase glasses elsewhere.
