My step daughter drove all the way down from Coolidge today which is an 1 hr & 40 mins. One way ..she was suppose to get a nexplanon removal but because she was 7 mins. Late they couldn't do her surgery. They couldn't make an exception for her .Seriously? I can see if it was 20 mins. But a measly 7 min. And the reason for that was because she didn't know they were working on the roads from Superior to Miami. Not only that she called before she headed up and told them she might be a few mins late .And instead of just letting her know at that point that it would be best just to reschedule they told her she could be a couple mins late. Ok? So what's the difference 2 mins. ? 7 mins.? No consideration what's so ever. And it's not like there was alot of ppl there was 1 other person in the waiting room.. and those 2 receptionist rude as hell ..plus 3 yrs she's had her birth control in her arm ..way past the due date ..but no 7 measly mins ..I couldn't believe that..And it SHOULD be there job to tell patients about not being on time what would happen. Because if they had I'm pretty sure my step daughter would of been there way earlier. Upsetting yes because she had to lay off school and work so did my son plus there gas? And not to even make an exception? Yes ppl god forbid you come from Stafford or some other town ..

New to town and looking for a simple healthcare group. In searching for a FNP ( Family Nurse Practitioner) I came across Ms. Missy Craft. I set up an appointment and interviewed her. From the first moment through the door she made me feel right at home. We discussed my healthcare needs and she made some great suggestions and medication changes. I make my own health care choices and she didn't come across as pushy when we disagreed about a game plan. It was really helpful that they have a lab in clinic also. They can also make referrals for more specific issues.
A very smiley staff of people, from the front desk staff to clinical director. Keep up the great work CHC!
Looking forward to seeing Missy again in a few months

The doctor I was seeing left and she was amazing and the only reason I put up with the staff in the reception. But those 2 workers in the reception office are the worst inconsiderate people I've ever dealt with in the healthcare world. The doctors are the only redeeming quality but in the end they aren't worth it if you have to deal with the receptionists. I'm currently looking for a new health care clinics to go to.

I could not be anymore unsatisfied with this place. I loved Sabrina as my sons pediatrician, and JoAnna is super nice, but i will not be coming back ever again. My last experience, I waited 30 minutes after the appointment time only to be told they dont have ANY needles to do my sons immunizations. What kind of doctors office doesnt have needles.... especially in the middle of the week? The nurse who came and told us was extremely rude, came up to us in the lobby in front of several people and questioned my decision as a mother to delay the vaccinations, like i was literally the only mother in the entire world to do that. Her exact words were "I dont see why you would want to poke your child more than necessary". And the older nurse, our first time ever in the office, insulted us by saying we looked WAY too young to have a child, that we looked 12 and 13 years old. Im sorry but keep it professional and keep opinions to yourself. She never acted like she actually wanted to do her job, either. Made comments how he was so little and she didnt want to give him the shots, even told us a specific day to come back when she wasnt going to be there. I wanted to take a shot and see if i could find a great local place to get all of my sons medical stuff done. I had high hopes for this place, but will definently not recommend to anyone. The front office lady was always really nice though.

Dr.Eric Fillmore is very understanding and works with you to achieve better health. I like that he explained things in a manor I understand . highly recommended.

Terrible only redeeming thing is the doctors. The staff is cold and unwelcoming and absolutely rude.
