I want to take a moment to share my experience at the Kendall Bird clinic. This place is truly exceptional—very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The doctors are highly professional and knowledgeable, always showing genuine care for their patients. I feel like I am treated as part of a family every time I visit.

The front desk staff and medical assistants are also incredibly professional and experienced. They have been there for a long time, and their dedication is evident in the way they assist patients with kindness and efficiency.
I also had the opportunity to meet the center manager, and I must say, she is outstanding. Not only is she professional and caring, but she goes above and beyond to help patients with anything they might need. Whether it’s medical assistance, guidance with paperwork, or general support, she ensures that everyone receives the best possible care.
One of the things I appreciate the most is the social services available at the clinic. They provide assistance with important documents, such as Social Security, food stamps (SNAP), Section 8 housing, citizenship, residency applications, and other government-related paperwork. There is a knowledgeable and professional staff member available throughout the week to help with these services, making a real difference in the community.
Overall, the entire team at Kendall Bird is extremely professional, caring, and dedicated. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent medical care and additional support services.

I recently visited with my grandmother to see Dr. Menendez, who was exceptionally caring and took the time to explain everything to her in great detail.The lab staff is outstanding—very skilled and professional in their work. The medical assistants were also friendly and attentive, making the whole atmosphere warm and welcoming.I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Yoslayne Hidalgo, who is both knowledgeable and professional. She kindly explained all the services Cano Health offers, including specialist ,diagnostics and even a wellness area where my grandmother can participate in activities. Her attention to detail and willingness to address all my questions and concerns made a big difference.As a family, we deeply appreciate finding a place like this that truly cares for our loved ones in every aspect. All I can say is that they are marvelous. I am always greeted with so much care and attention. The front desk are very polite, never had an issue with them. I have been in Cano for many years and they have always treated me like family. The doctors are amazing and very professional, I have never had an issue with the staff.
