This review is directed toward the CanoHealth Clinic in Naranja Fl, Dr. Leon Salgado. This clinic is the rudest! All the employees including the doctor are horrible. They treated my mother like dirt. Her first time there and the girls forgot about her and the doctor asked her what she wanted. Terrible manners, terrible customer service and terrible doctor. I will never take her there again nor do I recommend this location. I am also going to complain to her insurance company. Outrageous! This place should be shut down!

My mother in law was a member of this clinic and the doctor and staff never cared for patients or they would of done there job and not ignore my mother in law to begin with I’m sure they would do the same to there family or loved once if they really care for. The patient rather a that why to me I would not advise any of my family to ever go here .

Firstly, most of the 5star reviews for Cano health in Homestead are from employees no longer working at Cano. If it was so great, why aren’t you still there? Secondly, reviews from employees are a conflict of interest and I reported them to Google as such.

Last week, I drove a very upset patient to collect paperwork for her disability; this woman almost died of COVID, was on a ventilator and spent weeks in the ICU. She has had to fight for over a year to get the most basic care from Cano. The manager, Magela Paredes, has been consistently dishonest, dismissive and incompetent. It is a struggle for this patient to even get to the doctor as she has no car and most recently, I took her to pickup the form that she was told would be ready a week prior. Upon arrival, the patient was told the form was not ready, that Magela Paredes was too busy to prepare it and that the patient could come back on Monday. (It was a Friday) Magela refused to come out and speak directly to the patient and instead, had an aggravated receptionist parlay messages to us via an internal phone call as we could see Magela in the back. It was disrespectful, unprofessional and despicable the way they treated this patient.

I refused to leave, called Cano Headquarters in their presence and somehow, the form suddenly appeared. Unfortunately, it was incorrectly completed leaving the patient no better off than when we started. I question whether Magela did this deliberately after my call to headquarters.

In the future, I will accompany this patient to appointments because Cano Health has bullied and mistreated this patient and she does not have the strength nor fortitude to stand up for herself. The employees in this clinic need a lesson in how to treat people with dignity. They take advantage and push around the community’s most vulnerable people without a second thought. I do not recommend Cano Health in Homestead.

First and most the place have already too much Cubans that all they do is being loud !!
They aren't trained properly looks like you are in la Habana.
Second they told me they accept my insurance and made the appointment. When I get there I was told to wait after one hour the doctor came out to tell me sorry we do no accept your insurance. What a joke is this place!!!!.

Horrible service!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one! This place is a total joke! If they don't know you personally they wont help you. I went in for testing 3 weeks ago and i told 3 different people to please have my results faxed to a medical facility i needed these results urgently. The results were never sent. I called back and they told me they would leave a message, second time i called i spoke to someone in the office and they told me my results were negative and assured me that they would send it over. Nothing was sent, i called for a third time and they told me the results were pending… how are they pending if the lady yesterday told me they were negative!? Everyone in that office and the call center are disorganized and the communication there is lacking. I will get my records and leave that office as fast as i can. This place is a nightmare!!!

Terrible customer service. 1st visit appointmentwas at 10 a.m.. Waited for more then 2hours, never seen a doctor. Then wad told I still have 6 people in front of me. This place isn't for Black American people. 😕

Horrible Customer Service, I’ve been calling for two weeks no one answers the phone instead have me on hold for 30 mins . I had to walk in to set up my appointment. When I told them about the issue they act surprised. Calling again today July 10,2023 @ 10 am . Currently still on hold . What’s the point of having a phone number
