Took my parent to their appointment and waited almost three hours to be seen, some of the staff especially medical assistant have no empathy at all. I can’t believe that people working in the medical field can treat sick people like they are nothing. I only hope the people in charge can see all these complaints on here and give your staff some sensitivity training.

I went in for an eye exam, and the optometrist I saw did NOT write their name on the prescription. Very unprofessional. I had a very hard time getting my eye glass prescription filled. Please do better for future patients.

My mom's primary care physician is here and that's the only reason we still go there. She likes the attention and time he takes with her. They have upgraded the office but the service is severely lacking. When you call it goes to a call center and you have to wait for a call back a few days later. The specialist over schedule so you end up waiting hours to be seen.

Horrible service. They do not make appointments when they’re Supposed to… they WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE, if you call early and get upset with you. The doctors are pretty decent here, but this place and the service is horrible. Management should be replaced immediately I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS clinic FOR ANYONE!!!

This clinic is no longer dr med center. It is cano health and it’s going to hell in a hand basket! Since 8:30 this morning I’ve been trying to reach them to set up transportation to no avail. It truly is a sad day for this clinic when the manager Ceidee left.

Wish I could do than settling with this place. You can have an appointment for 8:30am and won't get out until after 12. I get that all doctors schedule multiple patient for the same time but being stuck in a doctors office for hours before being seeing is ridiculous for a 10-15 mins visit.
Referral department is a joke as well. I called in for a referral and they assured me that it would be sent to my OB/gyn as I have an appointment in a few days, not once did any one think to tell me that "no referral would be sent until I come in to see the PCP". Noe the day before my appointment the OB office called saying that they haven't received the referral as of yet, called DR.'s Medical only to be told that they can't do the referral. Then they had the audacity to ask if I could come in now and be seeing today( not possible when I'd we waiting for hours and my child has to be picked up by 5).

These people don't care about peoples well being nor their time.

I was told to try and speak to the manager at the center location I go and where did that leave me? Phone ringing until it hangs up...

I have a love-hate relationship with this place. The most infuriating thing is having to call there, trying to reach my doctor or needing something done like a referral or a refill that shouldn't be so difficult. The "system" is too large. But when they screw up, they bend over backwards to make it right. Just do it right from the get-go! Some people there do their job very poorly, but there are a couple of superstars that keep me coming back such as Julio Izaguirre.... that man is gold! His level of customer service is outstanding and he's the shining gem in this place. I'm constantly on the verge of dropping this doctor's office and switching to somewhere else. One day I will bite the bullet. Probably the next time they screw up which, unfortunately, probably won't be long.
