Lead Patient Liaison was so helpful and even called me to make sure I was all set with the FL state web site. Dr Vincent Jarvis helped my anxiety go down just explaining everything. Again I have to say Great service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jarvis ever since he became a doctor who is also able to make recommendations for medical marijuana. For my most recent appointment, I was awaiting the call to begin my telehealth appointment scheduled on Jan. 24, 2025 at 3:45pm. Instead I received an email that I had missed my call from Dr. Jarvis at 2:15 and a voicemail had been left.
Number 1: I received no call at 2:15pm, number 2: nor
did I receive a voicemail.
In the email I was given Dr. Jarvis’s phone number and I immediately called him. He was hesitant when he answered the call but when I identified myself, he said we could have our meeting then, over the phone.
For the cost of the appointment, the outcome was fine but getting there was troublesome.
