Dr Sugarman practices medicine for profit, not care. She lied about coverage for my iron infusion, saying insurance would not cover it when in reality it was her practice that refused a medically necessary procedure. The reason - they lose money on Venofer infusions. Horrible care! Find another provider before you’re cheated out of care.

I seldom have a good experience when it comes to healthcare these days. However, i have nothing but absolutely glowing things to say about this team! Front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and patient. Dr. T is phenomenal and really takes the time to educate the patient on options of care and listen to their concerns. Lab was amazing and had a great personality during the blood draw. My results were prompt via quest and I got an immediate phone call regarding my results and updated treatment plan. Its the first time in a long time I feel confident returning for continued care! I appreciate the team accommodating my providers referral to this office to get care when standard treatment was not possible for me due to other medical issues

There are truly not enough words to express the blessings Cancer Specialist have been to me. The whole office is like a family starting with Momma Bear, Dr. Shugarman. From the first day I walked in the door they scooped me up and into the family. They never treated me as if I was sick or weak. They treat everyone with dignity, respect and love. They shared their lives with me and asked about my life. The same thing happened when I started my radiation at the AC Skinner facility.
You guys have a super tough job and I admire you all. Keep up the good work and know that you are angels to many!!

CSNF beaches are the Best! Medical diagnosis required me to be treatment multiple times, 15yrs ago and currently. I just received my last Chemo treatment after several months and I can say - Finally..!! Through that and personal struggles trying to get through my side effects, my weekly visits for treatment were met with a Smiling Face and deep Concern for my well being. They always checked on me during my treatment which made me feel cared for and comforted. Chemo Sucks, but the Nurses and Staff there, made it bearable with their expertise and generous bed side manner!
Thank You Doctor Shugarman, Staff and my Nurses, I hope I never see you guys again - Respectfully and Whole-heartedly..♥️

I absolutely love CSNF! I have been getting treatment for lung cancer here for over seven years and the doctors, nurses and staff are all so kind, caring and thorough. I actually look forward to coming every two weeks for my infusions - I get to relax in a comfortable chair and enjoy the company of wonderful people who are saving my life! I opt for a one hour treatment instead of a half hour because I enjoy being here so much. I feel so blessed to have CNSF in my life. The care just couldn’t be any better! Thank you all so much.

When I was given my diagnosis, it was shocking for a very few seconds. But the Lord sent me an angel named Dr. Shugarman. She looked me in my eyes and said, “We’ve got this.” Then her and her amazing team, Hailey and Moneet have walked me through my healing process. They are professional and extremely caring! The entire staff is friendly and will go out of their way to support you. I absolutely and appreciate these individuals. You cannot go wrong if you visit this team. They are busy because so many people have decided to come to their office. I don’t mind if I wait awhile because I understand they’re worth the wait. There are so many people who prefer to wait for their care rather than go elsewhere. The nurses always check with you and apologize for the wait. They don’t try to short change anyone’s time with them. I love that because it means they want to ensure we’re well aware of what they’re doing for us and that we’re comfortable with the process. I love this team and you will as well.

I have been a patient at CSNF for over 10 years and have always been very happy with every experience there. Not long ago my cancer returned and there were complications as to exactly what was going on. Tests were done and a plan was awaiting as were tests results. Time dragged on and I became unsure of exactly what was happening. Frustration is not a good tool with which to fight cancer. Fortunately I found myself in the office of Sharmila Smith (Practice Manager). I had seen her in the office all these years, but never had the need or opportunity to have a one-on-one with her. Last Friday I had that opportunity. This beautiful woman displayed such extraordinary professionalism, care and efficiency. I immediately felt that everything was back on track. She let nothing slip by, taking as much time as necessary to fix any problems, real or imagined. She addressed every issue with such grace. Within 2 hours, Dr. Shugarman called me and further addressed the issues. I am so grateful for all of you, but especially Ms. Smith. I hope she is appreciated by CSNF as much as she is by me. Thank you all for all you do.

These doctors are so nice, especially Dr. Kalmadi. She came to my family’s rescue and saw my uncle very quickly during his visitation with family. He was newly diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and was skeptical about the treatment options from his family doctor in Carolina. He received the utmost second opinion and grateful for her accommodation.
