Went in for a routine test at this new location for me and was assigned Nancy.
She is amazing! She drew my blood for HIV/STI testing, and the entire experience was seamless. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease during what can sometimes be a nerve-wracking process. Nancy took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and steady hand made everything quick and painless. The dental team Dr. Rios and Vanessa were so great. They made me feel the most comfortable through any procedure.
