Been a patient here since 2022 and I couldn't say more about how amazing this team is. Everyone is supportive and friendly. I find that Trista, the receptionist, is superior when it comes to my satisfaction. She makes me feel like I'm a priority and that means a lot. Nurse Lydia is very friendly and kind, she always makes me feel comfortable being there and takes any issues I have seriously. Doctor Angela has been great for my health. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and her knowledge and quickness to get me care, medicine, and referrals has been unmatched. I highly recommend this team for your care.

I was cared for thoroughly by my Doctor and nurse. Even the front desk staff was absolutely respectful and informative. Recommendations were made for the best interest of my health ,and medications were provided to improve my health. I am very great for this wonderful and dedicated care team. I appreciate you all. The provider Nick Pukish is great. The nurse Lydia lost my trust when she failed to respond to portal messages, misread my chart and communicated erroneous information, and refused to satisfy a request for a refill, directly going against the clinic policies. She lost my trust as a provider, and for that reason I’ve sought care elsewhere. I would be happy to have care with Mr. Pukish again, but unfortunately the nursing staff is dangerous with regard to medical errors, refuses to connect patients with their actual prescribing providers or pass along refill requests, and derelict in providing basic communication for care.
