They are the best. They truly care for their patients. The best care you can get is from here. The only thing bad is the Pharmacy, a lady that works there named Ellie, is the worst worker there. She is rude and very disrespectful. She needs to get fired.

I've gone here for years and I am shocked at how long everything takes. I was left waiting for 4 HOURS for an appointment that I arrived 30 minutes early for. I asked several times what was taking so long, and they kept making excuses. Then I demanded to know when I was going to be seen and the employee smugly asked if I wanted to reschedule. UNACCEPTABLE. Disgusting behavior.

There's this lady in the pharmacy she has red hair shes short and chunky, which I'm trying to figures out her name she's always rude and nasty everytime you try to ask her something or try to get something from the pharmacy I believe ppl like this shouldn't work with the public and specially with older ppl she should be more respectful and have a better customer service she's no longer in Cuba she in U.S.A she should have clases of how to treat ppl and also I'm not being racist cuz I'm also Cuban but the truth is the thruth

Camillus at this location, 5th Street and 3rd Avenue, accepted me as a patient when no one else would. I haven't been able to find work since arriving in Miami after being gone for 27 years. I needed medication and they supply it for free. They use a sliding scale fee. My care is free. I have no income. I am seen regularly. Look them up online for all their services. They do not treat all sicknesses or all specialties but what they do handle is pretty awesome. They are better than the Jessie Trice System in my opinion. Also, you can get basic dental care. Thank you, Jesus, because I so needed that, too. Yes, there are some shortcomings sometimes getting someone on the phone. I usually get my appointments while I'm in house. And yes, the pharmacy does have some issues from time to time but I know it's just from the volume of work they do daily. Make appointments in person if you can. Electronic records are online. You cannot schedule an appointment online nor request meds online. You can also see a mental health worker by appointment and a gynecologist.

I only have a question about testing. First call was transferred somewhere that sent me to voice message. Second time I called, the lady put me on hold right away, 10mins later, tried calling for the third time, as soon as she heard me say Hi.. clicked.. what kind of service would be offered if I can't even speak so someone at all? ridiculously unprofessional.
