I have been going to this clinic on and off for years. However, the staff that were at the Cerritos location eairlier today were unprofessional and condescending. All the staff at the location I had the displeasure of interacting with today lack common courtesy along with basic customer service etiquette. I have never been made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions. The main person in charge; Lourdes was the name I was given. This person lacks the maturity, qualifications, and basic proplem solving skills needed to run any business. The treatment I received eairilier today can only be compared to the treatment one receives from disgruntled empoyees that no longer value their customers or their jobs. I called and reported the staffs behavior immediately and left my contact information. I have yet to receive a call back from Josh the alleged manager. However, judging by his staffing choices I am not at all surprised. I will not be returning to this facility.

they replaced their phentermine pills with sugar or something, not nearly the same effects as you used to pay for. multiple people who came here agreed that they changed them out. greed or ignorance idk but i'm not paying $200+ for a placebo.

This is the best place you get in and out so fast been going here for a long time never no problems all the nurses are great. I give it a five star. I say this is the place to go if your looking for a good weight loss Clinic

Finding this clinic is the best thing that coldve happened. I've lost 33 lbs in 4 months!!! I feel awesome! And the best thing is that it's affordable. The staff is very friendly and I love that they motivate you. If you're serious about weight loss then this is the right place to go!

The staff is soooo helpful . And the dr is so knowledgeable and so helpful
