My wife and I have two boys, ages 9 and 4. Our four year old is on the spectrum, and while his symptoms present as very mild, in all candor we have not slept through an entire night since 2019.

Baby bear's sleep routine has been quite hard to regulate, usually because he either doesn't want to go to bed, or once he is finally in bed, he wakes up at 3AM and wants to dance and sing until the sun is up.

After doing some major research, and also talking to several of our fellow preschool parents, we learned that there were a couple of beds on the market that had great promise in the realm of little humans with neurodivergent sleep problems.

Long story short, we looked at the price tags and thought we were doomed. The cheapest bed is $13,000, and the really fancy one with LED lighting and ambient sounds for sunset/sunrise regulation can cost up to $20,000.

Luckily our pediatrician referred us to CHME as soon as we came in for a consult. I have never in my life met a more professional equipment supplier, or had an insurance claim be approved so quickly.

Melodie and Tony are simply the best at what they do. Calm, kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Total time on our claim was two months. Time to receive the equipment was a couple of weeks. Install (as stated earlier) was 90 minutes.

Autism and ADHD parents...these folks are the real deal. They care about us, they care about our kids, and they do amazing work.

I am beyond grateful for how this encounter turned out, and I plan on referring everyone in my parent pod to CHME moving forward.

Oh...ps...baby bear loves going to bed now, and everyone is sleeping great! Even dad.

We called 5 times regarding getting incontinence supplies. Staff gave us different answers. One said will need a new doctor order, another said no new order needed. Called in to order the incontinence supplies, the Representative said will receive the supplies in 2-3 days. Supplies never came and called the company again, said needed new doctor order to order supplies. The order is still within 1 year. It's very frustrating to go back and forth with this. = (
