Horrible Customer Service. It only takes a minute to put forth extra efforts to make a call for a patient waiting 3 days past due on a medication that cannot be skipped!! Seriously I know how it can be at work,
phones ringing, people waiting in person, it's ALOT to juggle, but when a customer has called multiple times and gets the same answer, that might be the time to step it up a notch. You are dealing with people's lives, not pushing hamburgers out a window. Do your job, or get out of the job you do if you can't do it 100%

Officers mistreat inmates! Nurses don’t take care of the inmates and treat them poorly! On 2nd and 3rd watch! This is not right!
