This person almost crashed into my family van, swerving into other lane. Scary stuff, we beeped and he didn't even look up from the phone on his lap, and there was a phone on the dashboard. Super scary stuff. They will kill some one some day.

2 nice young gentlemen took my Mom home from Palms West Hospital yesterday evening 05-23-24. The reservation confirmation I received was for eta 7:30. They were at the hospital way earlier trying to get her home but were left at the mercy of PW getting her discharged.

I wish I had thought to get their names but they both were wonderful. My hallway is NOT stretcher friendly but they were determined to get her safely in, and with a little finagling and perseverance they did!! Took care of her like she was their own mother or grandmother. If this tells you who they are they were driving a Mercedes Benz Metris. If you can please let them know about this review I'd appreciate it! Thanks gentlemen you both were awesome and I'll highly recommend your company and call on you again if the need should so arise!!!

Very happy with Caliber transport. They helped me get my Dad from the hospital to his bed at home. My dad is unable to walk so the help from Caliber was much needed. They kept us informed with pick up times along the way! Very professional. The two men that helped put him into bed were awesome! Their rates are affordable! Very happy with this company and service!

Amazing service! Professional throughout my experience…from the initial telephone call to arrange my mom’s discharge from the hospital to the competent and friendly driver and assistant dropping her off at home.

This transportation company is soooo much better than any other I’ve used in the past and their prices are less expensive as well! I highly recommend Caliber Care Transport and easily rate them with five stars ⭐️!

While it took me a long time to connect with an agent (on hold) and the transport was 50 minutes late arriving at the Hospital to transport my client, the care and quality of the service were excellent. Transport professional Natasha Jones and personnel in training, Maria, really helped us at Senior Options when our client needed this service in Pam Beach County Florida.

I recently contacted Caliber to transport my mom from the hospital in Boynton to the in-patient rehab facility in Delray Beach.. They were able to give me the dates and times I requested, even able to adjust the pick-up time as I needed, to accommodate the situation. Darian was a great help, timely, very kind and helpful. The price was very reasonable for clean, timely, SAFE transport of my mom in a wheelchair (which they provided) to the treatment center. Highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed.
