This has become our go-to urgent care for our 5 year old. They are thorough in the care they give and I love that they swab before prescribing antibiotics. They are always so quick to get you in and to a room, we've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to see the nurse and/or doctor. I also sent my husband to the grown-up side a few weeks ago for an issue. The doctors check in with you after your appointment which I really appreciate. Great with my 5 year old and she LOVES the toy surprise at the end. Definitely recommend!

I have never in my life experienced such genuine care and concern in a medical setting. From the front office staff to the back office team, every single person I’ve encountered—nurses, assistants, techs, and doctors—has been kind, caring, understanding, supportive, and completely non-judgmental. They always have a clear plan of action and a thoughtful follow-up. I especially appreciate that they call the next day to check in, and if something is beyond their scope, they ensure you're referred to someone who can help. This kind of compassion and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated by me and my family.

Cali kids once again saved the day. My son came home crying from school because his ears hurt. He obviously had an ear infection but we couldn’t get into his normal pediatrician. We stopped into Cali kids, no wait, kind staff, got treated immediately, they even had antibiotics in stock and available on site!! YES!! We drive 20 minutes to come to Cali kids and my kids love it there. Worth every minute!

Honestly I never leave reviews but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. First of all the place is spotless and decorated so adorable, very inviting for kids. I walked in at 8:30pm with a fussy 3 year old with a bad ear infection. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and even mixed our prescription in office!! What a dream for a tired mom with a sick kid at 9pm! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a competent and inviting urgent care, it’s hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. They were knowledgeable, kind and so helpful. So thankful we came in. 10stars!!

Honestly the best place ever! I wish this office could be our pediatrician office. We drive all the way from Oceanside to take our baby and toddler here if there’s ever a concern. The office is immaculate, they have all the fun things for kids and our favorite is the little toy they get when they leave. The level of expertise and care of each Dr and PA is incredible. They genuinely care and not after making a quick buck on prescribing medication after medication. I truly value their authenticity and dedication to healing. We’ve seen a couple of pediatricians and none actually compare to this urgent care staff!
I left feeling very confident and optimistic about my baby’s issue we brought him for. Thank you thank you!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This used to be a great urgent care but now they care more about profits than people. There's hardly ever an actual doctor available, mostly all PAs. They misdiagnosed my husband with Scarlet Fever (!!!) and couldn't answer basic questions about the follow up of the steroid they gave my two year old when they called the next day to check up on him. This place is also not very clean. The floors in the room we were in looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks and they should be ashamed of the snacks they have in front for the kids. It's all junk food. As a doctors office they should care about the health of their patients but i guess as a med spa who sells weight loss injections, they are happy to create their next generation of patients. The billing department is also a nightmare and the new office manager is horrible to work with. We loved this place when it first opened but won't be going back.

The whole experience was calming to my 14-year-old daughter, who ended up with a large troublehook from a jig stuck in her face while fishing with some friends. Barbed hooks are not easy to get out of a fish, let alone a girl's face millimeters from her eye. After numbing the affected area, there were issues getting the deeply stuck barbed hook out. With some discussion, planning, and teamwork, we were successful in removing the hook without tearing any skin. We used the strung method that requires multiple hands and precise movements in order to remove the hook without catching the extremely sharp barb on the way out. The team at the hospital even followed up the following day to check in on her. If I were local to this area, it would be my go-to for my kids. They were extremely friendly, quick, and accomidating. Thank you for you assistance! You guys rock!
