My first time visit here and I actually enjoyed it. The atmosphere is good and the staff is very friendly and efficient. They are courteous and respectful. The timing of the visit was not lengthy at all, Awesome! 5 Star rating.

If you’re thinking about going to this clinic. I highly DO NOT recommend Crystal Bice. She’s rude and she doesn’t listen to her patients. She only base her opinion on why you might be experiencing pain based upon old medical history not checking or caring to see if there’s a new underlying issue. Please don’t waste your time seeing her!!!!

I searched for an African American female doctor and found Dr. Bice. She is a great physician who cares about keeping her patients healthy rather than just prescribing medication. I love Cahaba Medical because of her.

The staff are very friendly. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The P.A. Crystal Bice that I see is very professional and knowledgeable and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure that you're taken care of. The medical assistances are so kind and caring and shows great experience at what they do. They are very patient. And the lab staff really know their job and they are so very kind. If you're looking for a great place to go for treatment and be taken care of and not have to wait long, Cahaba Fairfield is the place!
