My primary care physician is Jennifer Cortez and she’s really patient, friendly and a great listener. It’s hard finding a doctor that cares about women health, I asked for all my appointments to be scheduled with her because she’s such a great primary care physician. I would give her a 10/10

A very unprofessional place. The office manager and doctor ignored my boyfriend having a seizure. His head was banging the wall. Then when it stopped I tried to get him out of there he started seizing again and I had to help him stand up. He is 6,2” and I am 5’3. When I threatened lawsuit they asked if I wanted a wheel chair. They not once offered me any help with him. I have contacted medical review board and an attorney.

Love this facility! Clean and nice and staff very professional, helpful and organized. The NP, Trent Fondren, was very nice and knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Great listener and very concerned about our needs.

I have never had such a through intake appointment. First by the medical assistant, and then the doctor. I loved all the staff. I’m glad God blessed me with good providers.

I have been with them since 2020 and let me tell yall, they are the best! All of the staff genuinely care and once you get established, you will be very satisfied with the care you receive. Dr peters is my favorite! But all of the Doctor, nurses and receptionist are amazing. I hardly ever write reviews, but they deserve it

I have been using CMC in Bessemer for close to a year and I can honestly say I do not have one complaint. It had been over 14 years since I have had a primary care Dr and that is not because I wasn't trying to to get in with one, but with no insurance it's near impossible to find anyone who cares. CMC changed my complete mindset on that one! The sliding scale is very fair and everyone is treated equal. I love this place & it's staff.

I’ve had a great experience at Cahaba health. Not to mention Dr. Casey Hicks is the best! Staff is very friendly and understanding.
