I was ordered by the courts to go here for mental health since 2022 and it's been practically a year since. My biggest complaint is trying to get these people to answer the phone when rescheduling my appointments. I've seen the ladies first hand. One is fat and lazy the other seems like she's a beaut but she has mental issues of her own. Idk if they just tired of answering the phone or they just don't want to but it's very concerning when I among others are trying to contact righteously and getting no response results. I don't want to quit going but if it's a sham then I will. Because I do not want to be taken advantage of. If mental health is serious then do your part if not then I won't bother to. My therapist is very nice. It's the front staff that don't want to answer when called

This place is an absolute joke at getting you set up with any kind of care. They go for case management first which would be fine if it eventually lead to a therapist, but after 5 months of waiting I still haven't gotten one. Also my case manager missed a meeting and I haven't heard back in 1.5 weeks about scheduling an appointment, so any sort of care from them has just dropped off the face of the earth. You can't do this kind of stuff when your patients' lives are on the line.

My son had went to butler behavioral for a year or so the whole time they treated my son very poor. The therapy was not encouraging and the dr was not really concerned about the care or getting to know my son. He had stopped medicine and became very aggravated with the dr and staff. And they absolutely didn’t try to go ahead with helping him. Said he doesn’t want treatment. Dealing with people with needs. Very poor care. Only one that even considered to be nice or helping was a receptionist that sat on the right of window.

This place is a complete and total joke! Good luck getting them to return your calls even about something as serious as medication. No one here genuinely cares about mental health. No one shows any sort of urgency to address your needs. It's just a job to them. Every single employee at this joke of a clinic should quit. This place is living proof that even "mental health professionals" don't take mental health seriously. Go somewhere else!

This facility, as a whole, does NOT care about patients' wellbeing. I was seeking care there for a few months, seeing a counselor and a nurse practitioner that prescribed my medication. Things were off from the beginning. I was first assigned to a female counselor but never met her and was switched to the first available male counselor after she canceled my first session because I HAD to see a therapist before I could see the person prescribing medication (even though I had JUST came out of an inpatient care facility). I didn't love the arrangement but was desperate at the time so went along with it for nearly 6 months. After missing two appointments due to being in the hospital, I received notice that I would have to attend a stricter group meeting on Wednesday's and would not be able to see me regular counselor or receive medication refills until I did so for 3 weeks. I could not attend on Wednesday's and left multiple messages with my counselor as well as the director over a couple weeks. No one returned my messages. I was completely abandoned by this facility. Nearly a MONTH later, my counselor called me to tell me "his phone was messed up". At this point I was already off medication and absolutely done with this place. DON'T TRY IT! Nobody seeking mental or behavioral health help should attend a place that doesn't care about them.

I have been going here for years and they all deal with a ton. So many rude and disrespectful people that think everything should be about them. For them to be called lazy and not answering the phone are those that think everything should be about them. For you all working there I appreciate all you do and I've seen wat u go through and I truly thank you and misery loves company.

came to this place when i was around 15 years old for therapy and got treated horribly. therapist wanted to tackle my addiction first before digging into my trauma and mental health issues WHICH WERE THE CAUSE OF MY ADDICTION! she only ever wanted to talk about drugs and nothing else and the one time i was able to speak a little bit about my trauma she straight up told me to “get over” my best friends suicide. even told my mother (that was already aware of my addiction) that i had done acid when everything was supposed to be confidential. there was not one day i wouldn’t leave that place in tears AND AS A CHILD.

I have been a client of this center since early 2013. They were the first to correctly diagnose and get me on the correct medicine and dosage to contol my issue. Before I came to them I had a multitude of hospital stays, doctors and counsellors visits that ALL mis-diagnosed my health issue since 1993!!! I am very grateful for the great mental health care professional services I have received in the past and sill currently do.
