After years of being a patient at this office, today I waited an hour and half to be seen for an appointment made like 3 month's earlier, I expressed my feelings and disappointment at the incompetence directly with Dr. Butler and she promptly dismissed me without service. So no discussion of bloodwork, liver ultrasound and meds refills/adjustments!!

Dr. Butler takes her time with her patients. She was determined to solve the mystery of my health issues. She didn’t give up and I am grateful. She is incredibly attentive and caring. If the wait is long just remember that she will take the same amount of time with YOU! I highly recommend this practice if you want to be seen and heard and cared for!!!

Showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and then waited well over an hour before I was actually seen by the PA. I had no knowledge that my doctor was no longer with this practice until I called to make the appointment. Actually, I didn't call,I requested an appointment online because I've been told that is what they prefer...using their online portal. I certainly understand them not wanting to field calls because the office is overbooked and the office staff always seem to be running around trying to keep up.

When someone from the office called to schedule my appointment, she wanted to know if I was a new patient because she didn't seem to have a record of me. Then she said "oh wait, were you one of Dr Jansen's patients?" And that was how I found out my doctor didn't even work there anymore.

This will be my last round with this practice. I liked the doctor I had - even if I have always been underwhelmed by the practice. everyone who works there is nice enough, and they always apologize that you have to wait so long. I would just prefer the office was run a little more efficiently and scheduled a little more properly. So, if you are looking for a new doctor for general practice, I would say you should probably look elsewhere.

I'm one of the folks that gave them a 1 star review about a year ago for check in issues and rude staff. Update to that review... I went back for a followup appointment today and what a difference. They have fixed the check in issues and changed the front desk staff. They were on time and professional. I believe they are really listening and making improvements. Great job!

Dr Butler is one of the best! She isn’t a part of a network which means she doesn’t have a quota to maintain giving her time with her patients. Yes the wait is long, but when I see her she doesn’t rush me in and out. Instead she takes time to go over everything which is why the outside wait is longer than network doctors.

Because of the time she spent with me, she was able to discover a problem I had for years that all the other doctors missed because they had to get to the next patient.

So, if you want a doctor who genuinely cares about your health, then your wait will be worth it. But, if you want an express doctor, then this is not the place to go.

Had my first appointment as a new patient. Front desk was friendly, check in was electronic (fast and efficient). New patient forms are available on the website so you can fill them in before, helpful for finding that information you never have with you day of. The doctor was fantastic. She takes her time with you, answering all your questions, and making you very comfortable. Many doctors I have been to in Florida make you feel very rushed and like an inconvenience, but not Dr. Butler. Would highly recommend her!

This is a great practice to be seen at. I literally would drive from Orlando for my appointments after relocating. I thought that Dr. Butler was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and extremely efficient. Sometimes there was a wait, however, for the excellent level of care I received, it was worth it. I have not found a primary doctor as thorough and good as Dr. Butler in the Orlando Area!
