I am so impressed with this Business and the married couple who own it. Two years ago, I got a tip hung in my ear and went in and he was so kind to take it out for me and not charge me anything. It was an iffy thing if it could be done (I have a tiny ear canal) and he was very successful. So this year I went back for a new replacement one and you could not beat the service. Both of them are so friendly and I waited till the last minute to go and get mine ordered. They expedited it for me, it ended up going to their home and they had to pick it up but I went in on Thursday and picked up my Hearing Aid on Monday. We really enjoyed the conversation with Shawn and his wife/co-owner was so helpful.

We are very pleased with the service received at Burgess! We are part-time winter visitors and my husband needed his hearing aids reprogrammed. Shawn, the specialist, did a fantastic job of adjusting them. Hubby is hearing the best he has in many months! They got us right in, and Shawn really knows his stuff. We will definitely be back if service is needed in the future.

Shawn is awesome he had my aids repaired by the provider, but then picked up the pieces and fixed what they did not do. His determination to make good on Oticon's deficiencies was remarkable. I was without hearing aids for a while as Oticon stuttered in repairing them under warranty. I'm grateful to his determination to fixing my problem. Charles
