Love this local gem! Such warm lovely staff and products are all plant based. Came here for an 11 year olds bday party where we all made our own bath bombs. Everyone has a great time.

When I went shopping in Atlanta, I was so happy because I love love love their products. There was a woman there named Stacy (I think) and she was phenomenal. I was thrilled they had a store in Mercato because their products to me are top of the line. I'm definitely a return customer. I was making a sizeable purchase the other day and Stacy gave me a sample of their laundry soap by Narcissist, I was back the next morning to buy more. I love this place!!!!

Buff City Soap Naples features an array of soaps that are made in house. They use (okay) ingredients but the soaps are a little pricey. They also have laundry soap and other goodies. It smells not too chemical in here, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend this store if you have the money to spend on some unique soaps!

Such a cool boutique soap. Hand made soaps, bath bombs, conditioners, etc. They offer soap and bath bomb making parties. Friendly staff and decent prices for handmade, all natural products!

I went in to make my own soap . I picked a specific scent and when ready to begin the making I noticed that they had a different scent on the counter. I said that is not the scent I picked and I was told it was my scent. When I came in to pick it up, it had the name of another scent on the tag. Again I said that is not what I paid for, and was told that the scent I picked out and this scent were the exact same recipe. Note: these 2 scents are sold separately with different names and different smells on the shelf. Then when I went to pay for them, they dropped the whole tray on the floor. No appologies and very rude clerks. I will not go back to this store and I want a refund on my purchase!! I asked for the manager to call me, but have not been contacted as yet!

Super cute store and the soaps smelled great, but the staffing really needs some work. One girl was sweeping and didn’t say anything to me or my friend (fine she’s doing something) HOWEVER there was another employee there who was taking some personal time with her boyfriend right in front of the register where my friend and I were trying to check out. The girl’s boyfriend was all over her and then they started making out. I genuinely thought she was a customer until she came over to ring us out. It was a really uncomfortable experience honestly and probably won’t be back to this location.

My wife and I stop here every time we visit Mercato for dinner or a movie. The laundry detergent is very fragrant and a family favorite. Great store if you are looking to purchase a nice and special gift for a birthday or a house warming. The fragrances are strong for those with sensitive noses. Highly recommended shop at Mercato.

Buff City: My friend Amanda LOVES this soap store so we went in and paid a visit. The is smell pleasant when you walk in; Coffee beans to help clear your smelly senses and help with picking your favorites. Clear sign of prices to match your picks and just a TON of selection. Definitely a fun store to shop around in!

If I were to recommend one product from this store, it would most definitely be the "Shower Fizzy" I went ahead and got Lavander along with a bamboo soap dish this time. Enjoy!

Detals: One thing did bug me, the staff kind of seemed bothered there was customers to attend to and wasn't as friendly as expected from a buff store. They are usually much more warm and welcoming. I can care less, it just made me want to be in and OUT. Which just caused me to buy way less stuff than I usually do... so not terrible. Lol
