Customer service is horrible. Asked for nicotine lozenges (17 days smoke free!), they're behind the counter, got rang up for gum. Lady behind counter was rude when I told her that I don't like gum. She then got mint lozenges when I asked for fruit because I don't like mint. She refunded my money with an attitude and shorted my refund. I'll never go back.

Update since time before I'm really happy to report that now they deliver!!! That's really awesome

They use to be very fast at getting prescription ready and now it is unbelievably stupid slow. More than half the time they don't have it ready. I have been using them over 10+ years and I hate it is like that now. I will be changing.

Bubba's Medicine shop has the most knowledgeable, helpful employees who greet you by name. They all work hard to limit the time you have to spend waiting but also make sure you don't have any concerns and that all of your questions are answered at each visit. Bubba's Medicine Shops is the best pharmacy in the Auburn / Opelika area.

I don’t know how this business intends to gain and retain customers by refusal of filling prescriptions “in order to protect their current customer base”.

I try to generally stay local with my purchases, and since moving to Opelika I figured I would swap to Bubba’s. I guess they’re so busy they don’t need new business.

edit Obviously, Bubba’s current patrons are having issues with the company as well considering the previous negative reviews, regardless of supply chain issues. I couldn’t reply to the response, but I have no intention of being a customer based off the tone from the phone call I made and now your response. My review stands the same.

I chose Auburn Pharmacy and recommend anyone having issues to do so as well. Just having good customer service skills goes farther than most realize.

The staff is very friendly, and professional. They also communicate very effectively with my doctor’s office for refills. Also, the gift shop is fabulous!!
