I was having pain in my ankle, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Crenshaw. They did blood work and
Rays. They find anything , so he gave me steroids for inflammation, which did not help after completion. I called to talk to someone about it no one ever returned my called. It's been over a week or more and never got a call. I'm still in pain and my ankle is still swollen.

We were greeted right away, the staff were very helpful. The wait was short, in the waiting room and in the examination rooms. Dr Crenshaw was so attentive asking questions and giving full complete answers. While with him, he scheduled me appointments for bloodwork, a gynecologist visit for my yearly Pap smear, a mammogram, and vaccinations. We feel so appreciative to have found a great Dr and facility that will take care of all of our family needs. We are new to the area but feel safer with Dr Crenshaw in our corner.

Went in for an appointment to see Dr Crenshaw and I needed strong enough medication to completely clear up my symptoms. As of 12/24/23 I have taken all my medications and I'm still sick with a aggravating cough sinus drainage and I can't get restful sleep.( I am not happy with the results).
I feel like my symptoms were not taken seriously based on my past record of sickness back in January.

I love Dr Crenshaw , his nurse and the entire staff up at Shell Street in Saraland, He's such a caring doctor and all the staff there are too. He's been my doctor for many, many years. He knows his stuff and he has a wonderful caring bedside manner. I hope and pray that they'll always be there just like they always have.
