I am traveling and forgot my cpap at home. Gloria is awesome!! She knows her products and took the time to explain differences to me and then delivered my new cpap to my hotel. Hats off to Gloria for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service

The manager Gloria literally saved my vacation! I flew in from Chicago only to find out I forgot my CPAP mask. It was 3:10 and they close at 4:00. I called the store almost in tears to explain my situation and my Uber wouldn't get me there until 4:00 on the nose. Gloria said no problem at all. Well, sure enough we hit traffic on a Saturday night and my new arrival time was 4:10. I called Gloria again to explain I was going to be late. She reassured me she would wait for me to arrive. Once I got there she had the different types of masks out for me and even looked at my machine and showed me how to remove the adapter on my hose so the new mask would fit. Thank you Gloria for being glorious and saving my vacation! Its people like you with compassion that make the real difference!

Amazing service ! I flew in from Maryland for my wedding cruise and my knee scooter got broke on the way to Ft. Lauderdale. Owner of the medical supply worked with me closely for best price also got my scooter delivered to the hotel where I was staying. I didn’t have to make a round trip to the store. My wedding is saved. Thanks to Gloria and Oren for their help and professionalism. I had ordered a shower chair for my mother from an online service but it was not delivered for weeks, and then listed as lost.
Gloria found the same chair, and it was very price competitive. I was able to take it right away. I was really pleased to bear that Broward Medical Supply delivers as well. This will be important for my mother.
