I was scheduled for cosmetic surgery at Broward Health Imperial Point by my surgeon to replace breast implants, one which had deflated. I was greeted by Nurse Tommy who was wonderful. He was professional, pleasant, and explained everything to me. He made me feel so relaxed he had me laughing. I was also cared for by Christi, while Dr. Welkovich, the Anesthesiologist went over my chart. After seeing my surgeon, Nurse Olivia took care of me in the operating room. Before I knew it, my surgery was over. I recovered sooner than expected and was then cared for post-op by nurse, Kim, who also was so wonderful I had to give her a hug when she took me out for my ride home. I was one of the first patients in the morning but as the hospital staff entered the Center to begin their day they smiled at me made me feel so comfortable. Even the Charge Nurse, Bridget and Assistant Charge Nurse, Sarah came over to check on me and make sure everything was okay. I also got follow up calls when I went home. I highly recommend Broward health Imperial Point Ambulatory Surgical Center. Everyone was so professional, caring and kind! I was in good hands. Thank you so much Imperial Point staff!

Amazing hospital! I went in after having a virus for over a week and not being able to eat or drink, and the hospital staff was the best! All the nurses and doctors were so nice and helpful, and I was very well taken care of when I was admitted. My test results came back super fast also. Thank you so much for helping me get better ❤️‍🩹

After going to another local hospital for PT the last time I decided to go back to the PT group @ Broward Health Imperial Point in hopes after several years that the staff would still be there . I decided to drop off my Dr orders in person to make sure the staff was still the friendly result driven therapist that I had previously used after shoulder & knee surgery . I timed my visit wrong as it was lunch, however the front desk woman who was just going to lunch inquired what I needed, I told her & she opened door, took info scheduled appointment & have me paperwork to take with me to fill out prior to my appointment. I asked If Fiona, Robbie & Mell were still there & she said yes. A relief!
Finished 2 months of Lower lumbar core strengthening and I continue to do my exercises daily.
They are a special group & definitely work as a well trained team , always busy and making sure to make sure all the patients are taken care of stepping in when needed. Special thanks to Fiona, Kevin, Robbie, Jean, Pink who assisted me personally.

I am getting physical therapy 2-3 times a week and as a result, I’m feeling much better about my strength, balance and my walking. Fiona and Jean C. Have been working with me for the past 3 months. They are super knowledgeable about their work and are very committed to helping. They always have a great attitude and very personable. Their assistants are also very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband was brought in having hallucinations due to Lewy body dementia.
He was placed on a medical floor for pneumonia. I had given the ER my durable power of attorney and point of contact. Not one dr. called me, the psychiatrist ignored my POA and called one of his family member, to say hallucinations were due to the pneumonia, I beg to differ after being his caregiver for 4 years . I also sent my HealthCare Surrogate paperwork that was done by an Elder Attorney. The Social Worker Coordinator voice mailed me to say it was incomplete and Null and void, yet every other hospital and dr has taken it. She said he was competent to make his own decisions after Psych saw him for 20-30- min
and he was released after a 30 hour Baker Act and sent home by Uber!!!! I was never given a call to be able tell the last months issues leading to the hallucinations or have care in place for him when he returned home, I don't live there the last # week for my safety, but still take care of him! Horrible Hospital, they should be ashamed of themselves. He freaked out the first night at home alone. I thought Cleveland Clinic was bad Imperial Point is worse.

The entire physical therapy staff were extremely professional, very personable and knowledgeable. My primary therapist was Jean D and he was amazing. After 15 sessions my knee injury was much better.

I highly recommend using this Hospital for your physical therapy needs!

I came here since I realized that my mother was suffering from a potential stroke. I came and this lady was sleeping at the front desk. After yelling to get her attention, she woke up and had an attitude as if I was disrupting her quality sleep time. After tossing me a clipboard and telling me to fill it out on my mother‘s behalf, she proceeded to go back in her hiding place and fell right back to sleep…never again at Imperial

I would like to say imperial point is a great hospital I was in the er on Monday I was talking told about this doctor name Dr.Wilson I was told how she goes out her way to treat her staff I thought that was great also would like to thank Dr.Bell for helping me and the staff when I got admitted I was helped by all the nurses and pc on the fourth floor they were great in caring for me there are a lot of names to mention so I give thanks to all of them and giving thanks to all of the doctors that helped me.I hope this review gets to them
