My provider Dr. Smith, was very kind and professional. He took his time to explain things to me and I really appreciated that! Sherrie, my nurse did an amazing job and was extremely knowledgeable during my work up. At check out, Allison was such a pleasure and so sweet.

This staff, especially the front desk, have terrible communication and are not considerate towards their patients at all. They will turn you away AT your appointment time because they failed to communicate to you that you were supposed to come THIRTY minutes early. They show NO empathy or remorse for their patients and they are a terrible example of what a doctor's office should be. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this office at all costs.

I would like to take this time to brag on how well the staff of Dr. Maria Bennett has help me with all issues concerning my visit and my health. They take the time to listen and I appreciate them for that. I would also like to extend my gratitude toward nurse Roxanne every time I call or come by she makes sure I am well taken care of.

I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team for your primary care needs. The staff is always very helpful, especially the nurse Roxanne. Lots of easy parking and clean waiting room is a bonus. The clinic is on the second floor. Don't forget to bring a mask.

Nurse Emily Pitts and Nurse Tanisha were so sweet and helpful during my visit! Allison at the check out desk is very friendly and fun to speak to. I really like the people and care received here and would highly recommend to anyone!

The staff at this clinic is TERRIBLE at communicating with their patients. I booked an appointment a month and 4 days prior and when I came in that day, they would not even see me because they told me I was a new patient and would have needed to come in 30 minutes earlier. No one had told me that before I came in, even though I had talked to them on the phone three days before. I drove two hours to go to that clinic for an appointment I scheduled more than a month ago and did not even get seen. There are better places, don't go here.

This Health care should do a better job with information. My problem with this health care , is when your primary Doctor chooses to go to another hospital. They should inform you that another Doctor will be able to see you. Instead of you not knowing. My Doctor move to another Hospital two cities over. Then with out infiorm me ,that I could see another doctor at this health care they refuse to see me. After I let them know I wasn’t aware that was how they operate. When you take heart medicine and they know it. They still refuse see you I guess they want you to DIE…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR ROUTINE CARE!!! My primary care Dr that i had seen for years closed her practice and i was referred to Dr A Gilstrap. My current medications require monitoring every 6 mos so i made an appt 6 months in advance. When i saw her she was very nice and said to call her if i needed anything. I wasnt sick and this was a routine 6 month visit for bloodwork. I was shocked when i learned that she refused to file this as a preventative visit with insurance! What this meant to me was that i was charged almost $300 for my routine visit The ONLY thing she did was check my bloodwork, which was fine. I tried for several months to get this corrected. When i talked to the main billing office i was told that they would try to get it fixed and to ignore the bill. I also talked to the Clinical Coordinator on several occassions and she said she would check on it and call me back. She did not. Next thing i know, my bill was referred to a collections agency. The bill has been paid and now I have to find a new MD. So frustrating!!!
