Not fit for purpose. I had an emergency situation whereby my coil wasn't inserted properly and it needed removal as I was in a lot of pain. I was told they couldn't do anything about it other than put me on a waiting list. In the end I went to Fatima Health Centre in Preston who saw me the same day and refitted a new device and gave me an ultrasound to reassure me of the placement of it, despite me not even being in their district. Appalling service from Brook who could not care less about those who need to use their services. I understand they're stretched but compassion, politeness and some kind of alternative solution isn't difficult to muster up.

I can't thank the staff at Brook clinic enough. I went to get my coil refitted which I was already very nervous about. The procedure was done in less than 5 minutes, unfortunately, I felt nauseous and lightheaded post the fitting and had to remain on the bed for nearly 20 minutes. Not at any point during this time did they rush me, in fact they actively tried to distract me from feeling ill. Would definitely recommend this clinic. The coil is quite an invasive procedure and they made me feel comfortable and safe.

Laura was very helpful and was very careful to ensure that i received the perfect trayement tailored to me based on my medical history. I felt extremely comfortable and confident i was in great hands, she even went above and beyond by emailing my gp with concerns she had over prior history. Safe to say i highly recommend.

It was an okay experience but I only had one issue. I went to get my implant and the woman who was doing it made me feel uncomfortable. Not from something she said but when she was doing my implant, she seemed to be shaking a lot and I could feel the anesthetic needle shaking.

The place was an uncomfortable location. Appointment was 30 minutes late, and once called in the procedure was absolutely terrible. I had an implant changed, I lost a lot of blood, the lady used my sister who went with my as an assistance and the after state it is in is beyond describle. The plasters in which was put on where covered in blood and needed changing but nobody would change it. Will definitely not be going back to this place.

Had an appointment today and I am so glad to say It was such a positive experience for me.The 2 very lovely staff ladies(sorry I couldn't remember the names) I had my appointment with, were so nice in explaining everything and making sure I am okay.I was a little nervous but they were so friendly and reassuring that they made me feel comfortable and welcomed
