I love Ciera!! My first session with micoblading was with a different business and I wasnt happy with the service. I was referred to Ciera by a friend and 3 years later she is still my go to person. Ciera is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am still in the healing process but I am very pleased thus far. My daughter loved my brows and will also make an appointment . I highly recommend her and assure anyone that they will be pleased with her services and the outcome.
My previous set of was jacked up and I had to wear those for years covering them with make up. I wasn’t able to get what I initially came in there for, but with her consultation we came to a conclusion that ended up being the better choice. She actually did more repair than anything and I appreciate her. I feel much more confident and was happy to throw away the brow gel!!!!

Ciera was absolutely amazing! She was super professional, so sweet and gave me perfect microshaded Instagram brows. She even went above and beyond and did an extra process because I had old microshade that had turned a little grey and she wanted to give me the best outcome possible. I am in LOVE with my brows and couldn't be happier! Her eye for perfection was so impressive and I love her method to get you all numb. I felt absolutely NOTHING, where-as my previous experience with another artist was fairly comparable to getting a tattoo. The entire experience was so soothing, I felt like I was at a spa! I mistakenly gave consent to unevenly shaped brows. Both of my brows were not drafted with precision. One brow was shorter than the other. I could not tell until afterwards when the shading was done then it became very obvious. I started to have sores of which I was advised, however, overtime the sores became increasingly worse. My skin turned raw and the shading product faded away. I advised the merchant of everything, her response was it was normal. I do not feel that is so. Now all I have is a tattooed outline that I hope will go away. The shading has completely faded away causing me to return to pencil which defeats the purpose of my having the service done. I asked the merchant for partial refund of $160 that she refused, saying I had to continue with the next step. I did not feel comfortable moving forward to the next round of application after initially experiencing the lack of her abilities and having confidence in the products used. I did not want the same result; uneven shaped brows, extensive sores, and unflattering look.
In addition to her unprofessionalism, after confirming with me numerous times, she was late. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to set up in addition to she sang in my ear during the entire procedure which was very annoying.
