My nurse name was Bonnie Daffron she is a very pleasant person to work with made my experience a lot more easier than I thought it would be l was a little bit concerned about the procedure. All my questions were answered in a professional manner with professional answers in the transfusions were done nicely with a little difficulty. when we first started, I had plenty of questions to ask, and she answered all of them in a professional manner, and I appreciate that help me relax during the procedure and was very neat and how she prepared for the procedures and hope in the future to see her again if I have moreshe’s a credit to your organization I feel I was lucky to have her as a nurse for this procedure thank you take care.

To say this agency is amazing would be an underestimate. I was going through one of the worst times of my life when my son was hospitalized. My entire world changed. From the moment their team came to talk with me I instantly knew that they would be the best fit for my son. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my son has the care he needs and they do it with compassion, empathy and the genuine interest of my son at heart. The communication is exceptional and to me that is important because needs change everyday. The nurses here are truly one of a kind and I don’t know what I would do without them and the director Adi. I had many choices when it came to care but I wouldn’t for a second choose to have my sons care in anyone elses hands. They have been a blessing in me and my families life and I’ll forever be grateful for what they have done for us. Brightstar, I thank you from the bottom
