A friend of mine had a horrible experience with the front desk woman. She told the woman she would like to speak to someone in english and the woman did nothing to help her with that. She was also acting as if she did not want to be working. It is highly disrespectful and unprofessional when you act that way especially in a therapy office. When you are a receptionist, you are the first person people meet so you should always be respectful and caring.

I do not know what happened. I read the reviews and wanted to see about starting to take my daughter there but I can't even get through on the phone. When I've called someone who would not speak English to me when requested told me to call back another day and when I did as requested they hung up the phone on me when I was trying to get more information. Very unprofessional, I will not be attempting to request service from them anymore.

Desde que encontré este centro supe que la vida de mi hija daría un cambio aquí encontré todos los servicios que mi pequeña necesitaba , Excelentes profesionales, empezando por la chica del front , el personal que hace la transportación , las terapistas , son excelentes cariñosas aman su trabajo y trabajan con el corazón , el lugar tiene un ambiente acogedor y familiar que eso hace que tu hijo se sienta como en casa realmente recomiendo mucho este centro aquí encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para ver los cambios positivos en tu hijo/a ❤️
