My Orthopedic doctor,
Dr. George Mithell Sinclair Dyer sent me here.
I truly appreciated his guidance.
This is not your run of the mill, Mom and Pop town physical therapy place.
From the front desk to the therapist out back.
This was and continues to be a great experience.
Thanks you Stephanie Boudreau.

Orthopedics: Extremely brilliant, talanted, caring doctors, nurses ...and staff in general. So happy i chose to have my surgeries through Faulkner. Surgery was done in Jamaica Plains but all my appointments were at Foxboro, Patriots Place. I could not be happier elsewhere!

PT Ms J. Shine delivered five star care. I am getting out of the house more thanks specifically because of what she taught me. The facility is well run. After months of treatment, I never had one billing error or surprise last minute postponement. Highly recommend.

The staff are so knowledgeable and professional. They take their time to understand what you're going through.
The facility is very clean and stocked very well with equipment that you can use for rehab. The therapists also help with starting from scratch and helping you go along at a perfect speed to make sure you heal. Great!

Very hard to reach..they ask you to leave a voicemail wait for a call back..It's kind of hard if they are scheduling physical therapy and booking 2 months out. Receptionist I spoke with was very rude.

Extremely disappointing experience with BWH Physical Therapy (Foxboro location). Our entire family uses the BWH network. We recently had a newborn that needed PT (prescribed by their primary care doctor), so we immediately called BWH Physical Therapy in Foxboro. The soonest appointment they could schedule for a newborn was 2 months out.

We called a different PT office, recommended by friends, who moved other appointments around to accommodate the urgency of our situation.

I would have expected BWH (as current patients/’in the system’) to fit us in, not a different practice that we had no prior relationship with.

Disappointing BWH PT doesn’t (or can’t?) prioritize based on the situation – take a ticket and sit down.

Good luck getting a person on the phone or scheduling an appointment, terrible customer service. Was referred from the BWH Urgent Care, no one called to schedule so I called and left messages to be contacted and received an email directing me to referrals. I have a freaking referral, but called referrals and they directed me back to PT. I can't tell you if services are good or not since I couldn't even get someone to call me for an appointment.

Great Drs and Nurses. Always perfectly clean and people around to assist. But if you are enforcing the mask rule, you might want to check your receptionists. 4th time in a row going there to be greeted by a mask below there nose. Come on now
