I had an appointment today, when I got there I was told that the appointment was canceled, because I didn't respond to a message or.phone call to verify the appointment. I ask what number was that. She gave me a number that I knew nothing about and said she got it from a referral that was sent over back in 2022 regarding a pelvic exam which I new nothing about because the new referral didn't have a phone number on it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place. My bf went for xray & ultrasound. They schedule them on two different days. Than push his xray back a day. The ultrasound the lady never put in the apt and filled his spot. The manager had to get involved. His apt got canceled and noone called. Manager had to step back in to fix that. The day of his xray they called and pushed it back two hours. They called him over 2 weeks ago with an mri apt for tomorrow and they gave called and cancel it claiming ins. He talked to ins and they said nope they approved it and everything is good on their end so they have no idea why bridgeway canceled it. So no telling how long he will have to wait for another mri. This place is a complete JOKE. Do NOT go to this place. Take your chances at the er or somewhere else.

Never will I step foot in this place again ! Took a friend to urgent care they sent him here for a CT scan, what they failed to mention was pack a lunch as they are so slow . The receptionist was rude and unprofessional . Needs to find a different job , they are quick to snatch up a co pay but what about my time it’s worth something. I wouldn’t bring my dog here , I love my dog , I love my friend as well but come on over 3 hours !
And if you look at the reviews they never answer the bad ones only the good ones from years ago . Makes you wonder what happened ? This place is awful

The staff and techs were very kind. No one was rude and I felt fairly comfortable. The staff constantly checked up on patients to offer drinks or anything else that might make the experience pleasant. I came for a CT scan of my stomach and abdomen. It wasn't bad at all. I'm not sure why there is so much negative feedback for this place. Its clean, the people are wonderful, and the service is great! Thanks everyone!

Clean and spotless, ample parking, plenty of room in the waiting area with comfortable chairs. Check in was prompt, and the technician, Katie, was thorough and professional. There are dressing rooms with lockers. The open MRI was much appreciated. Only downsides: a 3.5% surcharge is applied with any payments via credit card, so bring cash or check. Also, no Apple Pay, which I have come to prefer in the age of COVID.

My experience: Dr. Hoover was extremely thorough, very personable, and detailed in his findings! Jarrett, this kind young nurse/tech, took great care of me during my CT scan and I am thankful for his willingness to go the extra mile to help me! The sweet front office staff got answers for me in a timely manner. Thank you for giving me the best diagnostic visit that I have ever had! Kudos to you Bridgeway of Auburn!

Great facility! I love their “same room” testing for mammograms. No waiting. Kathleen was super sweet and attentive. Same service for the calcium scoring test! Highly recommend!

My mother Paula Gaines needed a CT scan due to fluid on the right lung. We were majorly impressed with Dr. Hoover and his son. They explained the findings very thoroughly. They set us up for the next steps and they were so kind and caring. I will never go anywhere but to Auburn Bridgeway!
