Let me sum up my experience with Bridges Medical Supply briefly, in case you choose not to read my long review. Honesty, Integrity, knowledgeable and respectful. A+ Customer service.
Preston went above and beyond to assist me with my mother's mobility chair. I walked in near closing just before Memorial Day weekend (all other stores were closed) He had weekend plans and never rushed me, was intent on helping me. My mother's condition has worsened, and she can no longer walk even with her walker. Preston gave me a rental scooter because I couldn't make up my mind. He said to try it and just wants to make sure it's the right fit for my mother. I returned the chair three days later and fully expected to be charged for rental. He did not charge me, stating it was a holiday weekend and he could not have rented it as the store was closed. The scooter did not work well with the forward handlebar for my mother, she found it difficult to navigate thru doors and elevator at her ALF. I purchased a nice used and reconditioned Mobility Chair with a joystick. This thing spins around on a dime making tight spaces easier to navigate. Preston reconditioned this in record time just for me at a great price. Preston and Bridges Medical cares about their customers and excels at proving it. We are customers for life...Thank you Preston, You Rock!

Got outta the hospital and found this place on Google and went there that day, purchased a really cool lift chair to make my life at home better. He delivered it the next morning and I am amazed at the service and delivery and dedication this guy gives his business and customers. Thanks Preston, you're the best.

Recently visited Bridge Med Supply..
Interested in an Electric Scooter 3 or 4
Wheel.. 83 years now.. no Auto so would
like an Electric Scooter for use at times.
Looked on their web site and was impressed
and Customers cited Preston to talk to..
My Daughter and I visited recently.. looked at
all floor samples and decided on a Pride
Go Go Sport.. quality product .. Preston was
excellent in presenting features and answering
questions.. Scooter purchased and hopefully
delivered next few weeks..

I’m here for the winter and have a Pride scooter that was making a clicking sound on each rpm. I called Pride to find servicing dealers. They told me many dealers won’t work on a scooter they didn’t sell. They gave me 4 dealers. Bridges was the only dealer who both answered the phone and had someone knowledgeable to talk to. I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. Preston rode my scooter and felt it just needed some grease on the axles. 20 minutes later I was out the door, problem solved. He only charged me 30.00. I’m a retired small business owner and I know an honest, knowledgeable businessman who is there to serve when I meet one, rare as that is. I highly recommend this business.

Went in because my Walker needed repair, also wanted to possibly get a new walker. Was shown multiple walkers and purchaseda a Rollator 4 wheel walkerwith seat and adjustable frame, as well as a Gel Cushion. They were vvery attenntiive to my needs and wants. Also left my old walker for repair.

After my dad returned home after brain surgery I had to find supplies and most other medical supply stores did not have the things in stock. I were so relieved when we called to finally find the things I needed. They were so helpful here and any problem I had they were able to help me through it. Also as a Home Health Nurse, I have recommended the store to my patients and all have told me how pleased they were with the service they received.
