I live in sucess Village and I don’t like the track record you guys are keeping or you guys are lying or you guys have a connection with our board president and not revealing the real truth of how many people have been complaining about no hot water. Aren’t you supposed to be for the people? This isn’t about connections. This is about our well-being in humans.

I contacted the BPT Health Dept by phone for help with some documents that Vital Records had forgotten to stamp with the embossed seal. Without the seal, it's not a certified document. The person who answered at the main number was helpful and also went above and beyond to try and find someone to help me, including walking over to that department to see if anyone was available. I was lucky enough to get someone in that Vital records department, and they were very pleasant and helpful as well. I am grateful for the help I received today, and for everyone who I spoke with today. I live in AZ and certainly can't pop over to speak to someone in person. For anyone who calls, please be patient and kind, as they're extremely busy. They will help you, but it might take more than one call to connect with the department you're trying to reach.

We have a problem in Bunnell Street ,the garbage stay here for long time and this is so disgusting. We make a complaint about this . A guy for the health department was here taking photos but I don’t know what’s happening. Please we need all the trash out.

The so called inspector was contacted many times from residents at success village about not having heat and a lack of hot water seems notifying these people is a waste of time they don't care because nothing is fixed or changed in over two months

I have had some good success with the Bridgeport Health Department. When I call for help they return my phone call within 24 hours and they are on top of my problems. I just called again to further my complaint and I will update you on how fast they take care of my current problem: Infestation!!!

I have called three days in a row the phone goes straight to a voicemail. I left a voicemail each time about needing to make a complaint/report. No one has yet to contact me. An entire week has gone by.
