Briana was wonderful. This was my first visit with her and she was GREAT! She was knowledgeable and thorough. I didn't feel rushed at all. I wish I remembered her nurses name because she was AWESOME as well. From the receptionist through the nurse and finishing with Briana it was a totally pleasant experience.

I have been going here for so many years, I can't remember how long it's been. Everyone on the staff makes it a point to know everyone that comes in, so when you come in, everyone treats you great because they know you. My only complaint is them joining Healthy Connections, making it impossible to contact the office directly. Also if you have prescription medicine that needs the doctor to sign off on it, you have to wait til Friday, even if you ran out on Monday. More than once, I've called the corporate office to get a note to my doctor to fill something on Friday, and two weeks later still nothing.

I think she should not be giving dot physical. My eye sight was just fine and she tried to tell me it was a new federal law that anyone who wears glasses can only get a 1yr physical. It's bullshit that she doesn't know the real laws. I have been driving 34yrs and have always had a 2yr physical. I will never be back and will not be recommending her for anything. My eyes were 20/25, we'll inside the guidelines for a 2yr.

Briana is absolutely a wonderful provider. She takes the time to listen and explain any questions I have had. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring provider who goes the extra mile for her patients.

Ya'll were okay Ya'll Really only talked to my Husband because he's a regular of Ya'lls I'm still not better Ya'll only ordered him a chest Xray when actually he's better accept he's depressed and not taking any meds and actually we've both been been severe depressed and manic and I'm on sezisure meds I should of never been on prednisone it's made my depression and anxiety worse and thoughts and I went to my regular doctor and they did a chest xray and I did have stuff in my lungs I will not be back here thank yall for the care there yall did try and did care for us and can't help how it affected us.

Briana is a very skilled and caring person. I drive over an hour to see her and have no intention of changing anytime soon.

Edit...I recently moved to Malvern because my dr Briana is here and I refuse to got another Dr.

Edit...I recently saw Briana Newcomb and I was very pleased with the visit. She's always been very attentive and understanding. She explained things to me that I wasn't aware of.
