Dr. Brian Wood has been my wife and I doctor for several years and we have bee very pleased with Dr. Wood professionalism, his genuine passion and concern for each and every patient. Dr. Wood does not rush through his time with you when he visit you. Dr. Wood staff is very helpful and display genuine concern for any issues you may encounter.

Dr. Brian Wood is a very good doctor, however his support office staff has very poor customer service. I leave a message to a nurse and they haven't returned my call for the 2nd time. They canceled my wife appointment, because she was 5 min late, and there was no one sitting in the lobby. However, the business hours are inconvenient. Will be searching for a new doctor with great support staff.

Seriously, my best primary ever. He and his staff are fabulous. They even have a room with things to entertain my kids when I have to bring them, along with toys and books in the waiting area. I have never had a long wait, gotten appointments last minute, and they actually call you back. He is patient and understanding which is very rare.

I was trying to schedule an appointment for my husband, who was a previous patient. Last Friday I called and was sent to a recording saying all receptionists were on the line helping other customers. Ok. I called back later that day. Same thing. Monday I called twice, the second time I left a message as they suggested...saying they would contact me. Three days later, I still haven’t heard anything. It’s odd and frustrating. They lost my business and I have scheduled with a new doctor now.

Had to schedule first appointment 2 1/2 months out. No biggie because it's a primary. However, I had to reschedule because Dr Wood wasn't going to be there on the day I was scheduled, and was bumped back another 2 months. Needless to say, but I'm finding another doctor.
