Good luck ever trying to get in touch with them over the phone. They say they have a texting service, never texts back. They say they have a messaging service through their app, never get a message back. Call in the morning, get sent to a hotline with 80 people ahead of you. At least they have a callback option. Sure sometimes they just wont call you back, but then when they do, it wont be until after business hours and its not your pediatrician and they let you know you actually have to wait until the next day to speak to them because now it's too late.

This review is about Trang Nguyen, I was a patient of Mindy Strickland, who is a top notch nurse practitioner. She helped me managed my diabetes and I felt well taken care of until she left and I was sent to Trang. I know she is new to this but, I don't believe she has the learned capabilities to assess and diagnose any patient. I went their because my stomach and legs were swollen, this has never happened before. As a diabetic I know I couldn't ignore those abnormalities. I went to the clinic and I told her what my issue was. She as me if I ever have pylori, I told her I was never diagnosed. Mindy would have examined my leg and even look at my stomach. I asked her, " can you send me to do a colonoscopy to find out why my stomach is swollen," she said she couldn't because I don't have insurance. She mumbled some unrelated syllables and that was it. I heard the assistant asked her if she is sending me to do a colonoscopy and she reiterated that no she doesn't have insurance. I don't understand why whenever the clinic has good practitioners they always manage to dismantle what is working. This is a community clinic, people are going to stop going there and if you're you are not serving the community well, you are going to loose funding. I must say the office staff is simple wonderful. I wish BHA revisits how much responsibilities they give practitioners like Trang. I have not been to the clinic in months because i don't want to go back and have to deal with her.

Had my fist visit to Brevard Health Alliance, the staff were all very professional and friendly. Dr. Cartwright has a great bedside manner and addressed all my concerns. I feel like I'm in very good hands with BHA.

I’m back from New York and excited to be back with Dr Todd he is amazing and very thorough the office staff has changed a little but much better with completing any task you ask them to do I’m excited to get my diabetes in check.

BHA handles my medical needs. East appointment making and no long waiting room sitting. The new BGAText feature is so convenient and so is the portal for communication and seeing medical reports like labs . I love Dr Monica Johnson . I feel so comfortable in her caring for me and I trust her with my care. I feel she listens. So important. Staff is polite and do their job well.
