This was my first time needed an urgent care in LA. I booked an appointment online for my daughter at 1:28pm. Received a text telling me I could monitor my position online with a link showing me there was only one patient ahead of me in line.
We arrived on time only to be told the provider would be heading out to lunch and to return between 2:15 and 2:30pm and at that point we would be second in line after the providers lunch. I questioned as to why they had booked me an appointment for the providers lunchtime and the receptionist stated the online booking system does not actually book appointments and they have issues with it.

We returned at 2:15pm as instructed to be told an emergency occurred and the provider hadn't gone to lunch yet and they would call me when they could see me. They should have called me to tell me as at this prior to me now making another twenty minute drive to their facility with my child in tow for no reason.

I found another place online (Carbon Health on Wilshire). We walked in and were immediately seen. It was super clean, efficient, friendly and were out in 15 minutes. They also had online booking we could see from a large screen they have at reception and people were being called in right on time for their appointments. The staff and provider at Carbon Health were quick and great. After we finished our visit and returned home, I received a call checking to let me know that Brentview was now ready to see us. This was over two hours after our "scheduled" appointment.

Also Carbon health has an app where test results are posted - we needed a strep test - and as I can see from these reviews Brentview seems to have an issue with lab results. Carbon health also has free parking in a large lot and this will be the urgent care we will use in the future.

Paid $215 to get sick with Covid.
Showed up at 11:30 to get my dry cough that I've had for weeks checked out. There was 1 person in line waiting. They asked me to come back after their lunch break. They would call me once they got back from lunch.
I came back at 2pm with no call from them and their office waiting room was now full of people.
Waited 15 minutes in the waiting room for a 5 minute exam telling me to take Claritin and Robitussin as I might have allergy. Got home and a few hours later got a worse cough. Tested today and I have Covid.
Instead of just having me squeeze in for a 5 minute exam before their lunch break and never calling back. Thanks.

Misdiagnosed me and said I had an ear infection when I did not. Woman rushed and looked in my ear for 3 seconds. I took antibiotics for 5 days for nothing and saw a doctor telling me I never had an ear infection.

The PA there was friendly and decent. Nevertheless, when I was physically harassed by a male there on the afternoon of July 5, the associate at the front desk simply watched and let it happen.

I am Chinese. When I checked in on the tablet at the front desk, I happened to have a question, so I directed my question to front desk associate B. I was not cutting off anyone. However, I felt someone was touching me from behind and trying to push me away. I felt unsafe and looked back. A male told me to shut up because he was simultaneously talking to associate A. He appeared to be accompanying another injured patient and was not a patient himself. I pointed out that his action (of touching me) was inappropriate and he was skipping the line, especially when I was in pain because there was a laceration on my finger. However, this gentleman responded: "I just wanted to make it as smooth as possible".

Associate B was as unhelpful as she could be. Thus, I courteously shared my concern with associate A. She just said "okay" as if nothing happened.

Had a sore throat so got a strep test here. Received a bill for $750 even with insurance. It took them 4 days to send test results, by which time the strep got much worse. This place is a nightmare.
