Look elsewhere for good patient care. I had a pap test done 2 1/2 years ago. I still don't know the result, after multiple calls and many messages left on her service. My husband and I can never get an appointment when we are sick and we are told to go to Urgent Care. We need a doctor who will see us.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Wilson's untill she passed away at the end of March. She was on vacation when my mother died. According to the funeral home it took several weeks and multiple phone calls to sign the death certificate. It's been 2 months and we still have not received our copies of mothers death certificate because apparently it was sent to the wrong place. What kind of "doctor" sets on important documents for 2+ weeks before having them signed then doesn't know where to send them. We need those death certificates to sale my mothers home. If you're one of her patients I hope you don't die under her care.

Dr. Wilson is very personable but today I found out that my husband can't be seen this week. We think he has the flu but Dr Wilson is off. I asked which other Dr could see him and was told they don't see each other's patients. So go to urgent care or he is just out of luck.

The staff are always kind and courteous, and Dr.Wilson has been great every time I go. The reason it gets three stars instead of 5 is because on multiple instances, I have called during regular business hours, only to receive a voice message saying to call back during regular business hours. If they're closed on Friday, they need to update their voicemail message to reflect that.
