It’s very sad how system can be abused.
I called for my husband in April to check new insurance benefits and never asked for supplies. I was billed 247 dollars. I called company and spoke with Angel supervisor who was absolutely rude and she told me that supplies were sent to wrong address but we still responsible to pay 247$. I told her that I have never requested supplies and if you sent it to wrong address means I don’t have supplies. Angel was super rude and kept on saying you have to pay, you have to pay. So disappointed with this company. So sad that people have to pay for something they never asked and for something they never received

Shady company. They kept charging me after I sent back their equipment. Communication is inaccurate. If your doctor recommends them, find a different doctor.

I've been a customer for about two years now for my CPAP machine and supplies. They have provided me with outstanding customer service. I see the bad reviews here but that has not been my experience. When I first started with the CPAP I was with a different doctor and had such terrible time getting started because the doctor's office kept putting up roadblocks and being generally uncooperative. Someone from Breathe Medical actually drove over to the doctor's office to handle everything and instantly got results. I am a Medi-Cal patient and I'm very pleased with their service.

I just had my first communication and experience talking to Diana about my machine and my mask and I wish it wasn't just only 5* STARS that they had to qualify the excellent service, kindness, patience, her dedication, etc. etc etc. ....... I would rate Diana with 1,000 Stars which would not be enough to reward her, for her professionalism and excellent performance of her work. I hope that her manager reads this commentaries and gives her a very Good and generous salary increase. SHE DESERVES IT !

I found Breathe Medical's Accounting Dept. and Customer Service representative, Angel, to be completely unprofessional (extremely rude and disrespectful) from my first contact onward, so much so, I had to resort to corresponding via e-mail so our conversations would be documented.) She took a better tone when she was forced to put her words in writing. She claimed to be literally the only supervisor available and had excuses for any and all their accounting errors. Breathe Medical's records were habitually months behind, resulting in me receiving incorrect billing notices and a past due bill for equipment that I had returned to Breathe Medical's Corona office three months prior. Angel blamed this unprofessional and incompetent customer service and accounting on the mail (!) and never took any responsibility.
I would suggest if Breathe Medical's accounting records run months behind, then Breathe Medical should not mail out billing notices until their records are up-to-date. And hire accounting personnel who have the professional skillset to get the job done in a timely manner.
It should also be noted, Angel refused to provide any contact information for her supervisor or any of her company superiors.

After their diagnostic two years ago we have ordered and recieved my CPAP machine they schediled a payment for 12 months after that threre was no balace due but still the y card my insurance company and me over an over again! Do not use them, they are very dishonest!!!!

We're very happy with the service of Breathe Medical. Tricia is an exceptional Respiratory Therapist, and is patient and responsive. She identified the need for a ASV machine, after evaluating sleep logs from the CPAP machine which was not proving effective. What a difference the change in machines made! She also recommended RemZzzs Mask Liners which helped eliminate facial irritation from a full-face mask.
Alexus has also been very helpful in the Workers Comp section. I highly recommend Breathe Medical.

These people are amazing I've been with them for about 5 to 6 years on my second CPAP Machine. Never had any problems with them and they're very user friendly. Anyone that can deal with Tricare insurance and still be this nice and professional deserves 7 stars.
